Finally, we got a quote from Roof Repair Brooklyn and our faith in roofing contractors was restored. They were about one third lower than the next highest price. I gave them the job and the work was outstanding. I will not even get bids for the next local project. I will just call these guys.

It also keeps the building cooler in summer due to its reflective surface. This was a lot more than we expected.
