I am so happy I used Janiec Roofing to install my new roof 8 years ago in Ridgewood! Not only did they give me a fair price and got the job done quickly - the last two years I was really impressed with their post installation service! Last year, I had a small leak I discovered around the roof vents, I called Janiec and they responded and repaired the leak the next day without charge. Just this past week a few singles fell off the roof caused by either high winds or animals and once Janiec responded quickly to repair the damage at no cost. It is really refreshing that you find a vendor that not only honors their warrantee but exceeds it without questions asked! I seldom recommend vendors, but for this vendor I am more than happy to do so. If you need a new roof, give Janiec a call.

I had more leaks after they did the roof then before.they stopped back 2 times & put metal damns up which did nothing.then after calling 12 times [they were never there or never called back]I gave up & got real roofers to do the job.They badmouthed their job.Said they did the valleys all wrong.They were right because I have had no more leaks since the REAL ROOFERS fixed their poor quality job.

After intially working on our roof, Janiec did not fix the leak and did not respond to our many phone calls; their receptionist continued to say "They will be there tomorrow - next week, on a warmer day, etc". We now have THOUSANDS of dollars worth of damage in our childs brand new play room....Would NOT recommend this company! Will tell all our friends.

Wish they had a 0 for this review. Had a roof put on 5 years ago. Leak after Leak...Janiec would not honor their guarantee on their work. Now I had to get a complete new roof from a reputable company. RUN do not use them... Will continue this review on rip off report!
