DONT APPLY FOR A JOB HERE they have a pt position on Indeed that in my interview changed to Fulltime. I was called about 10 mins after I applied for the job and spoke to Rita who informed me that their books were a mess from the last employee. She asked if I could come in for an interview the nextday at 8 am and if I could start as soon as possible. I rushed to get ready and made my interview and did make them aware that I could not start till Monday ( 3 days later ). Im assuming the owner ... tom was very stand off ish and the man that was interviewing me did not introduce himself. Basically I went from applying for a simple bookkeeper pt Job to being told I would be doing everything having to do with the business even things only an account should be doing!!!! I would assume that when your being interviewed they would at least offer a business card....NOPE now it is going on Tuesday and none of the 3 people that interviewed me didnt have the courtesy to email or call to let me know what the status of the position. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!!!!

We recently contracted TH Remodeling to do a full roof and gutter replacement on our house in Hartsdale. The representative who came out to look at our roof and prepare a bid on the job was very informative, and explained every aspect of doing a roof replacement. (Who knew it was so complicated?) The bid wasnt the lowest we received, but it was comprehensive and thorough, so we decided to go with this company. The roofers arrived at the appointed time and completed the roofing part of the job in one day. The roof looks beautiful and the cleanup was so thorough youd never know anyone had been there. The one glitch in the process was that the gutter installers (a subcontractor) didnt call before they came, which was about ten days later. Luckily, we were home so no problem. But they should have called to set a date. Nonetheless, the gutter job is perfect, so this minor glitch doesnt affect my rating. All in all, were very happy with our new roof and will recommend TH Remodeling to our friends.

The man who came to do our estimate for a roof replacement showed up an hour early, even though I stated that I would not be home until 3:30. Luckily our daughter was there and took the information for us. The proposal was very clear and easy to understand so not being there was not a problem. The work was done on a Sat while we were away. It looks beautiful and we are very happy with the results and how clean our yard was. If not for the new roof it would have been impossible to know anyone had done work there. We will definitely contact them again for any other service we might need in the future. Thank you.

Awful experience. Small job; needed to repair leak along vent pipe. Scheduled a day for repair but no one arrived. Called and was told assigned serviceman had experienced vehicle breakdown. Rescheduled for following day only to be told at end of business day, same story. Very unreliable and unprofessional.
