Honestly there hair salon dont even deserve this one. star. My two very close friends went for there hair and two different girls messed up there hair. My one friend was do upset couldnt stop crying they fried her hair...poor thing went in for this biology thing and they really really screwd her up not even an apology or money off over 200 dollars and she knew she messed up. My friend being so sweet paid but trying to get her money back...my other friend her hair is lopsided who does this and dont care well they do...i hope they read this cause there cooperation has been notified....im telling you do not go there for your hair.

Came to Ulta (6/3) because I had booked appointments online which I had confirmation for on my Ulta app, however when I got there it wasnt in the system. Staff was rude and told me there was nothing they can do about it because my name wasnt in the computer and next time I should call. Sorry but there wont be a next time after this.

Love this store the staff is very helpful and friendly! I come to this store because of the staff...and always spend more money. Still need to get a facial from Taylor, and spoke with the manager Tamra today and she was great, and didnt make me feel, rushed...overall great store.

Love, love, love!!!! Friendly staff and very helpful! The salon is also great. Its a 1 stop shop. Ive had my hair done by Jenny and facials by Taylor. Such a great environment. Feels like your with your friends when you are there because the staff is so great!

I had my eyebrows done with nicole 2nd time. Wonderful. She is very experienced and very professional. I also had a wash cut and dry by Beth very pleased will definetly go back. Overall feel of store is very nice and friendly

Organized and helpful unlike sephora. Watch out for the biotch employees who try to sell you something you didnt want in the first place. Then they will get pissed at you for finding a cheaper product..
