I can only say good things about Davis Pluming. I called Ron as soon as I found out that I broken the water line to my fridge. I was unable to shut the water off at the old shutoff valve and had to shut off the main water supply to the house. Ron said he would come out right there and then if I wanted him to, but as it was getting late I told him I could wait until the next day. Ron showed up early the next morning and replaced the old shutoff valve and ran a new line to the fridge. Ron also surprised me with a discount because I am retired Law Enforcement. I would recommend Davis Plumbing to anyone that needed a knowledgeable reliable and honest plummer.

Maybe I am just the black sheep on this topic. I called in the morning around 9 and made an appointment spoke to Tom. No one ever showed up or had common courtesy to call and cancel the scheduled appointment for 5:30pm. I even called after I realized it was 6:21pm. I trusted that Tom would have made it at the scheduled time. No call. No show. Had I known no one would have shown up I would have made other arrangemernts in the morning so that the issue with my bath tub would have been resolved in the evening. I wish so bad that I could be one of the other people here on Google with a great professional experience, but that wasnt my experience and I cant lie.

They got out to our house promptly when we had a backup which flooded the basement. Tommy S was who we had and he made sure to pull us aside and show us the camera of the pipe, what he was seeing, etc. The owner Ron came to check on the work both times and was very nice. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood what was going on. He never talked us into doing any services we didnt really need, just to make money. Absolutely recommend them to anyone in the tri-state area who needs a plumber. After terrible experiences with other plumbers, Davis is the only plumber we will use from here on out!

Our home warranty sent our issue to Davis Plumbing and we couldnt be happier. At first, they werent sure they could get to us that day, but after recognizing the emergency, they agreed, but let us know it might take a while since they had other jobs. We then received text alerts that they were on their way. Tommy and Kyle were efficient, quick and very neat in resolving the problem. They then took the time to explain the issue, options for preventing it and even gave us some feedback on a few other issues. We will definitely use them again.

I called at least 20 plumbers to come out and service of a leak that I had going into my hotwater heater. Three plumbers actually answered my call. I admit it was after hours so it would be more of an emergency call. Two companies said that they could come out but somewhere around between 10 PM and 2 oclock in the morning. Davis plumbing sent somebody out in 20 minutes and fixed the problem. The plumber was Tommy S. He did a great job And he cleaned up after himself,was polite and courteous.I highly recommend this company.

Even though our issue arose on the day before the 4th of July, we received a call back from Ron himself detailing exactly when he could have a technician provide the service we needed. Like clockwork, the technician arrived and expertly performed the repair to our garbage disposal unit. The technician was personable and very professional, plus the price was reasonable. Though this was our first time using Davis Plumbing, the company is now on our go-to list for plumbing services. My wife and I highly recommend this company.

Ron immediately scheduled Tommy & Kyle to come out to our home and look at a leak in the ceiling. Tommy made a suggestion of an inexpensive fix before having any work done. When that didnt work Ron scheduled Tommy & Kyle to come back & complete the job. They explained exactly what had to be done & showed my husband everything they were doing. I contacted Davis Plumbing for an emergency replacement of my hot water heater. They were quick to respond and had the best pricing of several bidders. Their crew showed up right on time with all the necessary equipment and was very knowledgeable. They finished the job within half a day and then thoroughly explained the maintenance and functions of the new hot water heater. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends!

I had a clog in my main drain... Tommy came out and unclogged it within 20 minutes. He was professional, efficient and kind and he explained to me what he was doing snd provided helpful tips to prevent future issues. As an added bonus, since he was on my roof he cleaned out gutters and pulled my trash can to my house... this is why I will call Davis again for all my plumbing needs!!!

This is the third plumber Ive used in the past 3-4 years. The others would clear the clog, but a year or so later it would return. Thomas was the only one who took the time to find the "root cause" (pun intended) and I now know how to prevent this reacurring problem. Great job Thomas and highly recommended!

I called at 8:00 am for a leaking valve and they came within a half hour to stop the leak and then came back later that day to replace the valve. Both were very nice and got the work done quickly.
