I would not recommend these guys. I had a leak in my main floor from a bathroom in the second floor. Three guys came over and seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. They cut a huge piece from the ceiling on the main floor, which I was expecting they would have to do in order to figure out where the leak was coming from. They then proceeded to cut another piece from the wall on the second floor. They spent a huge amount of time trying to figure out where the water was coming from. After cutting through the walls, they figured out that all that was needed was to put some silicone around the shower to resolve it. When I asked if they would cover the wall they said that this was not something they work with. So, in the end, I have to replace the huge piece of sheetrock they cut and a $10 job ended up costing me $275. I think an experienced plumber would have figured this out without doing so much damage. This company should train their plumbers to at least be able to patch a wall since in most cases theyll have to cut through it to do their job.

I needed some work done recently to an addition being built on my house. I hadnt needed any major plumbing done up to this point, so i didnt really know any plumbers. I called 5 from just online research, and after a few quotes, i went with KPG Plumbing and i maintain that it was a great decision! I had not known Kenny prior to him working on my house, but i will hire KPG Plumbing for everything plumbing related from here on out. Not only do they provide professional, honest service, they also perform top notch work, and they are all good guys and deserve recognition. I am of the opinion that developing relationships with contractors is a good thing, its beneficial to both parties involved, you can get to know and trust whos working on your house, and likewise, they know that by doing good work for a fair price, hopefully theyll be back to do more work in the future, and also get a good recommendation to people you know. I would recommend KPG Plumbing to any and all who needed any plumbing work. GREAT JOB!!!

Installed a sink we already owned for 300 bucks (1 hours labor) sink leaked like crazy within 1 day- refused to answer our calls- finally when they did Kenny promised a refund which has yet to come (2+ weeks)- dishonest- poor work- off schedule (no call - no show on several occasions)- unless situation is remedies we will go to BBB. in 2014 KPG texted my wife the following message "To Kurt Wayton, maby u should take ur review off google. KPG plumbing paid you back and u forgot to mention the sink and faucet that was installed was us ed. Ask any plumber thats what you get when you use . used faucets and sinks. Not right to bash them. Thanks" Dear KPG, No Thanks!!!- The issue was the cost of the job and the incredible length of time it took to get refund or response from company. Also! Upon receiving our first favorable jog from KPG we referred them to a friend of ours. Her job was done HORRIBLY. So we are NOT the only people to be screwed over by these folks.

Before the summer months our baseboard heat would not work . KPG plumbing was recommended. They came out immediately. After gathering materials needed, they worked non stop until 10:00 at night. They said they would not leave us without heat. They were very knowledgeable, neat, courteous and dependable.. To sum it up....excellent! And to add to this...with all of the work they did the price was right! Its very rare today to find trustworthy people like KPG Plumbing. Its great to have a group of plumbers that you can count on when you have a problem. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

KPG Plumbing & Heating was there when I needed them most. After a pipe burst under my inaccessible kitchen floor, they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and their solution was thoughtful. They considered the costs involved and solved the issue without major construction. They were a pleasure to work with and very professional.
