Sloppy work, required a second visit after the initial work was done to fix a leak. They seem more interested in doing a job quick job and getting paid than doing a job right the first time. The tech thought it was funny that he made such a mess of the work area and left the old materials behind for me to dispose of instead of hauling them away as part of the cleanup. And dont expect a quick reply to their 24 hour emergency number, it took 18 hours to get a call back and that was after "they noticed" I called the day before

Frozen pipes flooded heater room, came at night and shut off water, next day replaced hot water heater and fixed pipes, room was cleaner when they left then before they came.
