Our regular "early winter annual service" guy, Rich, was the man on call today when our heater would not start on this chilly morning. His bad news about the furnace requiring replacement was close to devastating, but his positive can-do attitude made up for it. When the manufacturer said "I cant deliver" he got guys from the office to go pick it up. He got help to make it all happen before the end of the day, and we have heat again! (A welcome feeling when 23F is forecast for this weekend). Great customer service, they even offered to deliver space heaters to keep us warm over the weekend if the installation was not complete today. Need a plumber, AC, or heat specialist? After paying two other well known plumbing companies who failed to fix my problem I called Messick plumbing. I wish I had called them first - it would have saved me time, money and aggravation. From the person answering the phone to the guys who came and fixed my problem they were great, very professional, knowledgable and efficient. Needless to say a couple of years later when I had a different problem I called Messick plumbing first and as before had great service. I cant recommend them enough. My 30 year old HVAC system stopped working on Monday afternoon. Rich diagnosed it not worth repairing and beyond it useful life on Tuesday and by Thursday at 4PM the new complete system (furnace/coil section & outdoor condenser) was installed and running. Michael Messick Plumbing really saved me- I was in a bind with about 4 hours left in the day on a Friday and needed a plumber. Their schedule was packed but they thankfully had time to send someone over. The plumber, John, arrived to my home. He was professional, courteous and efficient as he got to work right away. He asked if there was anything else I wanted him to look at while he was there (there was!). I would definitely use again and highly recommend!

With no prior approval, they charged me $85 dollars just to come out and look at my leak. When I told them they should have let me know PRIOR to coming out, they did not care. This is how they make their money. The estimate they provided was over 2x what I finally paid to have the leak fixed using another plumber. There are plenty of good plumbers out there that dont need to charge you just to provide an estimate. STAY AWAY from this one.

The Messick plumbers are available quickly and are always courteous and professional. Their pricing is competitive with other reputable plumbing business. There the worst plumber they dont stand behind their work and lied about a issue. They said I needed to pay them more money even though I paid them 7000.00 to replace a water pump. No warrenty bad service stay away.
