At the recommendation of my insurance company, my vehicle was towed to Luis Auto Body after a collision on the New Jersey Turnpike. The shop was in possession of my car for almost a month (it might have been shorter if the holiday season didnt interfere with the delivery of parts). I had questions about certain repairs and replacements, and Luis explained each one to me. On the surface, the car looked great. Unfortunately, what mattered most were the damages underneath the body. Before leaving the shop, I discovered (and Luis acknowledged) that the CD player button was broken. He called the insurance company to inform them that an outstanding repair remained. I also made three discoveries soon after retrieving my car: the external temperature gauge did not function, a low moaning noise occurred from the area of impact when the wheel was turned, and the "service engine light" illuminated. After taking the car to another repair shop to fix these outstanding issues, I learned that the technicians at Luis shop caused additional damage to the vehicle, rendering it a total loss. According to the second repair facility, my vehicle was not properly aligned, the air intake was not replaced, and the steering column was compromised. In general, Id encourage any person seeking the services of an auto repair shop to be cautious. In particular, I do not recommend that you do business with this company. I sincerely hope that no other person experiences what I have.

I have had several cars repaired by Luis and he always does excellent work. I have never had a problem with his work. Top quality, friendly and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
