Unfortunately, a deer miscalculated the timing when crossing the street and it ran out in front of my car. Needless to say, Town II works closely with my insurance company. From the moment I called and spoke to the lady on the phone to even after the car was done, they by far exceeded our expectations. Originally, the insurance company wanted to deem the car as totalled. There was hardly any cosmetic damage but most of it was internal, so they had the insurance company rep. come by and look at the car. When the rep. saw my car he realized it was worth fixing (low milage and great condition). They communicated with me every step of the way (verbally) and they sent informative texts which I thought were adorable. After the car was done I had some questions. They were always ready to answer and to fix the situation. What blew my mind was that we ended up having an issue (related to repair) with the car yesterday (July 3rd). My family and I were stuck on Long Island (2 hrs 15 min. away); I called Town II again and we were floored. Tom was more than concerned and willing to help in any way. A Holiday weekend and he sent a tow truck all the way to me and my family. We were at my boss house (7 minutes away from the car) and Rob the tow truck driver picked us up there, then the car and then back home. I think every business out there should operate the way these guys do. They are the perfect example of what an exemplary business should be.

I seem to be accident-prone and in need of more than the usual amount of help from auto body facilities. Town II Auto Body has saved my car more than once (actually it might be more than twice). One accident in which no one was injured left my car as near totaled as one could get. Town II fixed it and they did such a good job that when I got a new car I gave it to my stepdaughter. Well, another accident has occurred. Ill spare the reader the details. As quick as could be they fixed the car. They exceeded my expectations again. This is a great place - professional, warm and friendly and beyond helpful I hope I dont have to use them again but if I do (and I might) I am grateful that Town II is there.

Town II team is outstanding. They provided my wife and I personalized service, they handled our claims from beginning to end. They made us feel comfortable and asked about our accidents. The team, from secretary to mechanics, connect with you on a personal level. They discussed the estimated completion date and send repair status updates. They had my wifes car done sooner then the estimated date and delivered the vehicle to our home on a flat bed. They cleaned her vehicle inside and out. Better than any car wash around. Never did we expect such a thing. They exceed in professionalism. Thank you for the wonderful work, your kindness and your time Doug & Ardita

Had my work done about 3 months ago now. They were extremely helpful and worked with my insurance company. My care had an issue starting after the repairs were done due to the weather draining my battery and the diesel jelling up. They helped me out with that with no extra charge and even offered to have it towed to my house so I did not have to pick it up. Very nice people I would recommend it to any one. I drive a 2001 golf TDI. Ty TownII !!!

I have had my cars repaired more times in the past 3 years than I would have ever wanted. Everytime the car came back it was better than it was before. I had one issue with paint, they took care of it on the spot no questions asked. Thats priceless. Happy customer, Dean Atkinson

Don came to pick my beloved CRV up, due to the Honda air bag recall. He was kind, courteous, and explained the whole process to me. I could not have asked for a nicer tow person or a faster loading! While Honda set this up, I asked for a card to use Town II again if I need them!
