These guys were pretty inattentive. They quoted me the wrong estimate, so when I brought my car in the wrong panel was at the shop. That was the first mistake I noticed from these guys. At first I thought they were nice in the customer service arena, but they did not seem to care. When they realized they ordered the wrong part it was 4 days into the week that they estimated for me. They called me the 4th day and did not leave a single message. I called them back asking if they called and to check on my vehicle. They told me didnt the lady tell you we ordered the wrong door panel. So it sounds like my car had been sitting on the lot until Thursday or they just didnt care to order the right part and call the insurance company until that day. I decided to call them each day to get a status update. Each time I called the lady would take down my information and my phone number like she had never heard my voice and did not care about my car. Each day she would call and say they would call me when my car was ready. Eventually on Tuesday (9 days after bringing my car into the shop), they call me up and say the right panel is in the shop and my car would be done late Wednesday/early Thursday. She also stated that they would call me and tell me my car was done. I still proceeded to call once a day. She said on Wednesday my car should be done Thursday and that it was not done on Wednesday. I called early Thursday morning and she said my car would be done, but did not know when and said she would call when it was done. I waited until 4 pm, one hour before they close, she said my car was not done. I asked her why and she took down my information again and told me she would call back. 30 minutes pass and she says my car is done and that I had 30 minutes to come in. First off I had no vehicle and second off she lied to me. She stated for two weeks that she would call when my car was done. My car could have been done for a few hours and she clearly did not bother to check to see if it was done or care. For this reason I would not go to this auto body shop. I came in Friday, which was about 11 days after I brought my vehicle in, so they were about 5 or 6 days past the 5 or 6 days they originally quoted. The lady was talking to someone the entire time she was helping me out. The panel looked fine and the paint job looked fine for the most part (there were some water stains on my car). It appears that they threw out garbage in my car. They didnt even tell me they were going to clean my car. Im not even sure what they threw away. They put some of my stuff in the trunk that they did not throw away. Overall I was pretty dissatisfied with the service at Amwell Auto Body. I have reported these guys to State Farm. I noticed that someone commented on the other bad review below. Honestly, if you have a bad time with an auto body shop you should not feel discouraged and report it on a review site. It helps others in the future. I am not being a hater. I had a bad customer service experience and I am telling the truth of my experience. Thats why we put up reviews on these sites so people are not fooled.

Take your business elsewhere! I went in to get an estimate on my car and got absolutely terrible customer service. It didnt help that as i arrived an hour early (accidentally) and the lady behind the counter was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful to me. All we got was attitude out of her. After coming back we started asking questions about their policies and what they can do for me. However i didnt get a well mannered answer out of them and instead she rolled her eyes and shook her head at me while i was trying to figure out how to get an estimate. Due to some contract they had with the insurance company i filed the claim under, i couldnt get an estimate without having the adjusters claim on hand, so if you are looking for an estimate to compare to the insurance claim, you wont get it there. Overall i was very displeased with the conduct of the employees and the amount of disrespect i encountered during my short time there. Plus after i got home i read the other two reviews and they are not far off from my experience there. Customer service is a big part of auto repairs, and if they dont treat me as a human with respect, how will they treat my car?

Had a similar front desk experience. Searched online, found this place and their website indicated that walk ins were welcome. Went in and the lady looked at me like I had a 3rd eye! She was practically disgusted that I hadnt made an appointment and told me no one could give me an estimated for some minor cosmetic damage. Went down 206 to Princeton Auto Body, then Ginos the same day and got estimates. Must be nice to have so much business that you can alienate potential customers when they walk in the door.

Horrible! Went inside where there was no one waiting, I tapped on the desk andvyelled helloooo, there was not anyone to help, dragged my two year old to the work area and found someone, they seemed annoyed that i came back there to ask for help. The rep went into the waiting area where a couple was now waiting and they helped them first and told us to wait. Spoke to the owner, MIKE, and he was not apologetic. All this for an estimate that I never got. I strongly suggest to take your business elsewhere folks.

Very professional. did a great job on my car. It took them about 3 weeks to repair my car because they were really busy and it was around the holidays. The only thing that I would of like from them is to keep me updated on the repairs instead of me having to keep calling to find out how things are going. They only had called once to update me on when they were going to finish after a couple times of me calling them. They return you calls which is great but they got to work better on keeping me updated

Their customer service is worst...i went twice for oil change and both times they behaved the same way. They way they answer was pretty serious, attitude is like if you want come back other go away..I understanf they are busy , they should at least explain the options much nicer. Anyway i dony think i ever go to them again or recomd anyone. Pretty rude people. Thaks Kumar

This place is great! I came in with my Acura about a month ago after a deer hit my car and they did a perfect job fixing it. They even vacuumed my interior (which was kind of gross when I dropped it off). Just make sure you call in advance and make an appointment for an estimate so that you dont have to wait. I would definitely recommend them!
