This Auto Shop in Staten Island was my point of contact for the repaid and they went above and beyond with their service. My wifes car had been rear ended resulting in some major damage to the bumper, the supporting structure behind it and the muffler and spare tire. The mechanic explained to me exactly what was broken, what he proposed to do to fix it, the various options on how to fix it, and what the other drivers insurance might say or propose. It was very detailed and when I didnt understand something he explained. The insurance adjuster worked directly with them and they contacted me as soon as they finished their discussion with all the details and what they agreed on. It was all in our favor and no shortcuts were taken. Once the mechanic told me the work was complete we went in to pick up the SUV and it looked just as I picked it up the first day from the dealership 8 years ago. He visually showed me the work that was done and answered my questions. Very very pleased with the service and definitely recommend Roselle Auto Body Shop to anyone looking at fixing their car, aside from doing a great job, they will make the experience a lot easier.

I will definitely coming to Roselle Auto Body Shop located for my car repairs in the future. I love this Staten Island body shop where they take pride on their work and charge very fair and reasonable prices. I came here last week to get my taillight and bumper replaced, and my trunk realigned. I got my car back in just a little over a day and it looked brand new again. The technician said he tried 3 different shades of paint to get it just right and that if I didnt like it, I could come back and he would fix it at no cost. Best of all, when I got my bill, it was actually 10-12% lower than the initial estimate because the repairs took less time than what was initially estimated. Im very happy with the work and quality of service. I would recommend Roselle Auto Body Shop to anyone.

I gave my daughter a new Hyundai Alantra graduation. She was supposed to take the car with her to college. Before the summer ended she managed to hit the garage wall. The car suffered some quarter panel damage. I received several insurance estimates for the collision repair and best one was from Roselle Auto Services in Linden. Because of the deductible it was all coming from my pocket. They did a great job with the auto body repair, returning the car to new. My daughter has learned not to text and park. Especially when she pays me back.

There was an indentation, a black scuff mark and a crooked bumper on my new CRV when I came out of Shop Rite. Someone with a large truck tires passed too close and grazed me. My insurance company told me to get a body shop estimate. I went to the Honda dealer and got a price for the body and bumper repair and then I went to Roselle Auto Services in Linden. They have a full service auto repair and body shop. Their price was almost half of the dealer. Easy choice. The work they did was flawless also.

This Staten Island body shop has earned my future business and my trust. Their technicians were very professional and honest about the whole process. They did great work with frame repair and paint. They actually fixed all the problems I was having with my Subaru. Their rates are reasonable and they didnt try to push anything I didnt need. They worked quickly and didnt cut corners. I like their humble attitude and appreciation of the customer along with very reasonable prices.

When my husband was on his way home from shopping he ran into the back of a stopped vehicle on an ramp and did extensive damage to his Nissan Maxima. I had the car towed to Roselle Auto Service in Linden. The work that he received there was excellent. They arranged for a rental car for his to get to work and had his car looking like new in a week. They even covered his deductible. That is what I call courteous and professional service.

Roselle Auto Body did a headlight repair on my Camry for a price that was lower than two other local car repair shops. It is an older model car and I was fine with them using a salvaged frames and lens. The other places insisted on ordering new parts which were three time the cost. Roselle Auto is all about the customer not the profit.
