Its rare to receive such high customer service so I am excited to be able to give 5 stars! Marmora Auto Body impressed for sure. They were able to have me bring in my vehicle the very day that I initially called, we went in and were greeted by friendly service and a clean waiting room, even the bathroom was spic and span. We had specified on the phone before arrival that we would need a rental vehicle while ours was being repaired. Once we arrived, they called the rental car office and explained that we needed a comparable vehicle ASAP, the rental car agency responded with "we dont have any vehicles" , instead of just passing along that piece of frustrating news and letting us deal with it, Marmora Auto Body told the rental car agency in a kind but no nonsense sort of, straight to the point way, that that is not there problem and they need to call a sister location and get us a vehicle immediately...and the rental car company actually complied! The time frame that they gave us for repair was spot on and they kept us informed the whole time. The morning the vehicle would be ready for pickup they called to get an idea of my schedule and the vehicle was ready at the specified time, however, on the way there, we hit ridiculous traffic causing us to arrive about 1/2 hour after they closed, however I called and they said they would wait for me. They gave me all the details of my repair along with a life time warranty and a small bottle of touch up paint with the guidance not to leave it in the vehicle to avoid heat, they also detailed the inside and outside of my vehicle which was amazing! So thrilled I had such a pleasant experience, I highly recommend them.

Normally I do not write reviews (seriously!) but I have to comment on the terrible customer service at Marmora Auto Body. The work they did on my car was excellent. But it took 2 1/2 wks for basic body work with no engine work at all. Ridiculous. Everytime I called the story was the same "uhh should be painted tomorrow so will be ready the day after that." They do not care, at all, about your needs. I had to go back to have them order a part for me (which I still believe they were responsible for, but thats another story), and needed the part ASAP because I had to leave town. Despite having 4-5 days between ordering the part and when I had to leave, they still couldnt get it in time, and despite the fact I repeatedly communicated my needs, they just did not listen and then were surprised when that I couldnt bring my car in when they finally called with the part. The things you say to them literally go in one ear and out the other. I hope I never have to go back.

After returning to get an issue fixed that was not correctly done the first time, the mechanic took my car to the back to power wash the engine compartment because it was dried antifreeze in it. When he was bringing my car back to the front i heard him rev my engine up (probly around 5000 RPMSs) and broke my tires loose around the curve leading to the front of the store. I heard all of this from the front of the store. After confronting the mechanic in front of who i believed to be a manager i left before i could really get closure.

Marmora Auto Body turned a horrible auto accident into a pleasurable experience! Ben was so accommodating and understanding to my needs. I had other scratches on the same side of my car where the work needed to be done. How surprised was I when Ben told me they buffed and painted the additional portion free of charge. Another surprise was when I got into my car and it was spotless! As if it was a brand new interior I just bought! I cant say enough positive things about Marmora Auto Body. Thanks guys for all you did for me!

My car was hit in Sea Isle 2015 and Marmora Auto performed repaires to the body damage making it look like new again. My car began running badly soon after I got it back and thanks to my insurance Co. Liberty Mutual, and Marmora it was repaired and now is running as good as new Thank You all at Marmora and Liberty Mutual...

My wife was told by insurance co to go here and get estimate she called made an appointment when she arived LOU refused to do it and gave my wife a very hard time because she was not having the repairs done their ..if you are going to be an adjuster for a insurance company DO Your JOB. I feel LOU takes advantage of women
