First off let me say that the other gentlemans review seemed a bit off. I disagree entirety, I believe red rose does magnificent work. they take there time and make sure the job is done right. I feel sorry that some people dont realize that this isnt a macco shop where you can come pay for cheap two year paint jobs and halfass repairs. I had work done on two of my vehicles and the work was great. Walter was kind enough to help me save some money by getting some very good quality used parts that had zero defects and have held up as well as new ones. I would and have definitely recommended red roses services to anyone in need of repairable.

My experience at Red Rose was great. My car was hit and needed body work. Ruben and Walter were very helpful with the insurance process; it was seamless. When the insurance company wanted to use substandard parts to save money, Walter told them he would not use poor quality parts and ended up getting the certified parts installed. Their new shop in EHC is really nice, and my car was done earlier than expected. I would recommend them to my family and friends, and will use them again if the need arises.

do not go here!, this is a 1 man business, his name is walt and he treats his customers like garbage, i needed some repairs done on my car and he threw a fit when i wanted to buy my own new parts for the repair, its like, sorry i dont want old used rusty junk-yard parts in my car so that they can break and that i can pay more money for a repair again. but he doesnt understand that. this guy has absolutly NO customer service skills and is down right rude and dissrespectfull.

Red Rose is a great family owned business. Walter and Ruben are great, not to mention they have very competitive prices and do an A+ job. Highly recommend Red Rose.!
