I read the reviews of auto shops around Mays Landing, NJ. I found that Admiral Auto Body had the best review. However, I was not there to get my car fixed. I called to see if they could install a light bulb for a fog light. Walmart couldnt do it since they said it had too many wires and they didnt want to touch it. Patricia, the receptionist, was nice enough to help me and said that theyd do it. I set an appointment for it on Thursday, July 16, 2015. She then told me that it might be between 50-60$ to install. I also asked her if theres a mechanic who could fix an oil leak. After my visit at Wawa next door, a lovely massage at their waiting lounge, and reading some magazines, it was done! Zach, the manager, then told me that it was very easy to change the bulb and that the leak was either not being tight enough or the wrong filter. The best part was that it was all free! I could not believe it! They were so nice to change my bulb and even looked at the oil leak. This is the kind of service that customers need: honest, polite, kind, and patient I would definitely come back to this shop. Thank you!

I was involved in a minor accident. The insurance company within one hour ha an appointment for me with an adjustor who was meeting me at Admiral. The ease of transition from the adjustor to handing my car over to Admiral was a gift. The have to HIGHLY give kudos to Aramis who was in charge of picking me up and taking me to get my rental car. He has a sense of customer service and hospitality that is too rare these days. From opening doors to carrying my briefcase-I was amazed. I fely as of I had arrived at a five star hotel instead of a car dealershop. Christina from Auto Repair was extermely pleasant and also excels in customer service. When my repairs were done she took it upon herself to coordinate my address and offer me the site closest to my home. The car had been fixed, cleaned and done in the time frame indicated. Drop off of my rental could be done right there. My next car will surely come form Admiral Nissan. If this is the caliber of people that they hire and how they view customer service I could think of going no where else.

After being involved in an accident, I took my car to Admiral Auto Body where their staff assured me that all would be taken care of quickly and efficiently. They took the mess of dealing with the insurance company out of my hands and worked with the insurance co. to make all the necessary repairs to ensure my car was back up to speed and safe for me to drive. Their staff and management was informative and friendly. They communicated with me to keep me in the loop every step of the way regarding timing, repair options, and costs and gave frequent updates on the status of my car. When they returned my car it was driving better than it was before the accident! Normally dealing with auto repairs after an accident eats up a lot of time and is a major hassle - with Admiral everything went smoothly. They are truly nice people who take pride in serving their customers and the work they do.

I had a minor accident a couple of months ago. The insurance company sent an adjustor to look at my car. The cost sounded high so I asked where I could go for another estimate and was told to try Admiral. They checked the damage and the estimate was within a couple of dollars of the other estimate. They explained that some parts would have to be removed to be repainted and that was the reason for the cost being higher than I thought it should be. After I left the car for repair they found a little more damage than the adjustor had seen and had him come to their shop and he agreed to the additional work. The first check was payable to me, which I signed over to Admiral and then they arranged with the insurance company for direct payment of the minor addition. back in January I was in an accident, after a month of my insurance company giving me the run around not taking care of anything I finally took it to Admiral Auto to get it check out. They told me my jeep was unsafe to drive because of all the damages and immediately took care of everything. Patty from the front desk contacted my insurance company and got the ball rolling! She was awesome and so helpful I dont know what I would have done without all of her help! It was my first time in an accident and I had no idea what I was doing without all the help from Admiral Auto and especially Patty my Jeep would not have been fixed so fast! They have great costumer service and did an excellent job on my Jeep, I highly recommend!

My Toyota was backed into, while parked on the street, on the first day of our vacation in Ocean City NJ in early August. My insurance company, Allstate, recommended that I bring the car to Admiral Auto Body. I had a a great experience. The staff was fantastic. They worked very hard to make sure the repairs were completed by the end of my vacation. They were genuinely concerned about me, and even kept the shop open late on Saturday so I could pick up the car on my way home from my vacation. The quality of the work was also superb. I wrote a letter to the owner thanking him and complementing his staff.

Had my vehicle here for repair in October 2016 they had it for 12 days longer than expected and it had several original parts that were supposed to be replaced according to my itemized bill but those parts were Not replaced. I brought it to Zachs attention and he tried to get me some new parts at that point. Too late...theyre are nothing but liars. I would not recommend this place .unless you want to pay for stuff you dont get.

Dennis (manager) made our experience great! He and his crew took in our Corvette Z06 that had been improperly repaired by another body shop and they fixed all the mistakes the other shop had made. The work was done flawlessly and professionally. Admiral Body Shop worked with Geico and I had to do nothing or pay anything. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and will continue to do so. Thank you for a very good job.

Exceptionally friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. Suffering through an automobile accident is something that we all hope never happens... but the talented staff at Admiral Auto Body has my car looking like new... almost like nothing ever happened. The staff at this business was excellent. From the lovely lady at the front that kept me informed to the manager expediting my claim. The auto body staff did an amazing job returning my car to new. I cant say enough good things about Admiral Auto body. Definitely worth considering when being faced with the nuisance of needing your car repaired.
