My first visit here would be my last. I thought it was an upscale salon that would cater to the customer but I was wrong. My hair came out too light and it felt so fried. This was due to the stylist having multiple clients and not getting back to me in time. I understand about double booking, but what about an assistant to check on me? Very upsetting. I also was shown to a backroom, given a leave in spray and a comb, and told to blow dry my own hair . No one even asked if I liked my color they just charged my credit card. Terrible!!

Very happy with my experience. Had old extensions taken out, got a super short cut which will take some getting used to. I went back the next day for lowlights and a glaze. After being in the Florida sun, chlorine, and salt water, my hair was extremely white blonde. The staff was wonderful, actually listened to what I want, where I want my hair to be, looked at my Pinterest photos. Staff explained alkaline vs. acid so far as hair goes, suggested products but didnt push them, I feel like Im in great hands.

Ive had both good and bad experiences here. Ive been to many different stylists here and I think juggling too many clients at once can sometimes cause an issue (like leaving me under the dryer w/ highlights too long). Ive had some really great highlight experiences here but once my hair gets damaged it takes YEARS to truly fix it. I made a complaint and they did try to fix my hair but at the end of the day cutting off the dead parts and having to wait for the rest to grow out wasnt what I wanted

I dont live in Chester anymore but I always make an appointment with Frank when Im visiting family because I enjoy the experience, the staff, the service and a GREAT haircut! Ive had many services from haircuts, facials, waxing and pedicures and they have all been very well done. I would recommend this salon to anyone wanting a high quality salon/spa experience.

Although nice people, extremely noisy environment and I had the same experience as the other reviewer. I was plopped in a chair in front of a mirror and told to dry my own hair. Not even in a private area! I couldnt believe it! Not exactly a "salon" experience.

I really enjoyed the salon and am pretty content with my overall result, but the woman who did my hair wAs not nice at all. She criticized the color of my hair and called it "green". Not sure why considering it is my natural color.

I always have a great experience at Frank Anthony. I am happy to have the option to dry my own hair if I want rather than pay for a blow out. Everyone is always so nice and caring. I love this salon!
