Very upset by the inability to stay to a timeline when they were informed that everything must be completed by 1145 for a wedding at 1. They did not start on time and showed zero sense of urgency to catch up for their mistakes! Waited another 10 minutes to start makeup. Thank you for making us late to the wedding.

I paid $150 for an ombre and its the most awful looking thing thats ever happened to my hair. Its uneven , blotchy and ungodly ugly. I have to put it up all the time just so I wont look like a hot mess. I now have to pay more money to get it fixed at another salon. If you want an ombre NEVER go here!
