Horrible experience!!! I went in to get my hair straightened, it was horrible! I have curly thick hair they do not know how to deal with my hair. The stylist put so much oil and cream in my hair before she started to blow it out I came out looking like a grease ball. She left my hair so frizzy and it was not even completely straight it was still wavy at the ends!! I will never go back!!! I do not even know how she let me leave the salon like that, I was so embarrassed! Horrible place, and horrible service!! DO NOT GO TO SALON! Does not even deserve a full star!

I saw all of the great reviews for this salon and was excited to get my hair cut there! I would like to know whos doing their hair! I got my hair cut over the weekend(supposed to be long layers) and didnt get a chance to flat iron it until today. OMG!!!! It looks as if it has been hit with a saw, the "layers" are in three "rows" straight across the back of my head! I cant believe how bad it is! I now have to find someone to fix it and that means that my hair is going to be shorter than I want!!! I just cant believe it!! SOOO DISAPPOINTED!!

Jacki never fails to deliver. Ive had my hair long down to the middle of my back for years and needed a drastic change. I wanted it SHORT. I brought a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it. It wasnt exactly what was on the picture, she tweaked it to accommodate my own features. I got compliments galore! Her staff are consummate professionals, as well. =)

I went there to get my hair cutted(face frame) and i was really exited that i finaly get my hair done, but the hairdresser did it aaaall wrong, it got much shorter and its like she didnt do anything.They just talk a lot but. dont really do anything,it concerns Jacklynn by the way never wouldnt recommend

I was truly impressed. My hair looks great. While I was there some of the stylists were attending an advanced class. When I asked Jackie (the owner) about it she explained that her policy is to provide ongoing education for her staff in order to keep their skills up to date. What a great attitude!

What a wonderful experience - I was greeted at the door - offered refreshments - free hand massage - consultation and recommendation on a new style. My hair looks beautiful. Very friendly, fun, and professional shop. See you in 4 weeks :)
