I am not happy by the service of this agency why I book two trip one in ISRAEL one in Paris in the middle of my stay in Paris Air France go on strike I get no help from the agency but their send one email to tell me my ticket of comeback was change to felt I did all the job theirs are no good if you have one problem be sur to help you self over sea no help from Travel tone problem theirs never reply call if you leave one message about one issue or question care less about customer when trop is paid their become invisible

I came here to get some details about possible options for our honeymoon. When we didnt really like the prepackaged options, they said they could do something custom and would email us. I had to reach out to them 2 weeks later to get an email, and then they literally stopped responding to my emails after that. Just say you cant offer what we are looking for rather than being very unprofessional and not responding to emails. Would never consider Liberty Travel after this experience.

Reached out last year for a last minute honeymoon. First package was no good, second try was really close but no, third offer was perfect! They were quick, polite, professional, and creative. Just sad to hear Alyssa has moved on recently though!
