This travel agency is run by a crook. Beaware. Theyd anything for a few bucks and absolutely rotten scruples. The price of your ticket invariably goes up when the time came to pay and theyd lie through their teeth to get this money. The more inconvenient it is for you to change the tickets, the more theyll charge. Blood sucking leeches are better off than these people are. I hope one day we can book all tickets online, and dont need to have the unpleasant experience of having business with crooks like these.

This is the worst travel agency i have ever seen. They charge my credit card without my permission and they are not at all helpful after the flight times changed. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They curse on the phone and are very rude to the customers. Never helpful. Guy Kapil is very rough and rude on the phone. Does not care at all
