We had gone to Liberty Travel In to book a trip to Hawaii. While the service was not terrible, I had actually found a much cheaper deal online which they agreed to match. She had informed us of a package called "Escapes" where you can add activities to your trip and get a personalized book with coupons and keepsakes. When we left there she had told us she would contact us and let us know more about the package. We waited months (we booked and paid in full for the trip 8 months in advance) and did not hear anything. We spoke to her supervisor and she set us up with another agent that would contact us and set up our additional activities. The agent emailed us, we emailed her back with all of the activities we wanted and 3 weeks have gone by and we have not heard anything. Finally tonight I went on some of the sites and looked at the activities we wanted and found out one of them is already sold out. This is not just a vacation. This is our 25th anniversary and a once in a lifetime trip for us. I will now book all of our activities myself and not be bothered using any more services from Liberty Travel. I dont know why they are reluctant to help us. Did we not make them enough commission? Did we not book an expensive enough hotel? I was nervous about booking a trip of this magnitude, in hindsight I should have done it all myself. Lesson learned, never again!

If I could give this agency 0 stars I would. I went to this agency on January 6,2017, looking for help planning my wedding on a cruise ship. My fiance and I talked with JENNIFER BOUTHILLIER for an hour explaining what we were looking for. JENNIFER told us she would have information for us by Monday January 9th at the the latest. She took my phone number and email in case she had any questions about what we wanted. When I had not heard from JENNIFER by phone or email. I called JENNIFER on January 11 to see if she had the information we were looking for. She told me she was working on something for someone else and had not got us. She would get to checking on the information we needed after she finished with some other things she needed to take care of. If JENNIFER DID NOT HAVE THE TIME TO TAKE CARE OF WHAT WE NEEDED SHE SHOULD HAVE LET US KNOW INSTEAD OF WASTING OUR TIME. THIS IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO NOT DO WHAT YOU PROMISED. I will be taking my business to another agency. I would not recommend going to this agency with their poor customer service.

Would never use again. Planned cruise 6 months in advance. Was promised rooms together but when arrived rooms were on opposite sides of ship. Did not receive welcome package did not receive tickets until day before ship sailed. Agents at liberty travel did not care only interested in money. Spent over $6000 treated like crap. Would never use again.
