WENT HERE TO BOOK A HONEYMOON VACATION AND WAS VERY UPSET WITH THE REPRESENTATIVE I BELIEVE HER NAME WAS TONYA. SHE BARELY LET US SPEAK SHE OFFERED EVERYTHING EXCEPT WHAT I ASKED FOR. AFTER SHE GOT OUR MONEY SHE TOTALLY IGNORED MY CALLS AND TREATED US LIKE GARBAGE. WHEN I CAME TO MAKE MY FINAL PAYMENT SHE ADDED ALL THESE ADDITIONAL FEES OUTA NOWHERE WE END UP WITH A TOTALLY DIFFERENT AMOUNT THAN ORIGINALLY AGREED UPON. I BELIEVE SHE FAILED TO SET UP THE AIRFARE BY THE APPROPRIATE TIMEFRAME AND WE HAD TO PAY FOR HER NEGLEGANCE. WHEN WE GOT TO OUR DESTINATION WE WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE LIMO TRANSPORTATION SET UP TO & FROM THE AIRPORT...TO OUR SURPRISE WE WERE STRANDED BECAUSE SHE FAILED TO SET THAT UP AS WELL EVEN THOUGH WE PAID FOR THE SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! ALSO THERE ONLINE PRICES ARE A FRONT TO LURE YOU IN!

Also booked a cruise with Tonya in January 2013. Very informative agent, however, after making my full payment she was always "on the other line" and NEVER returned my calls. Fortunately for me, her co-workers covered her butt and assisted me with info I needed. Two weeks before departure I still had not received my travel docs from Tonya or Liberty. A call to the cruise line and I had them the next day. Get the info you need from Liberty but book elsewhere! (If you’re given a choice of Liberty or death ------- choose death!)

I had a wonderful experience with Liberty Travel. My agent was so informative & thorough and made my husband and I feel as though we were1st and foremost. She allowed us to browse and choose our vacay w/o feeling rushed and hurried along like other travel agencies did. I liked that very much about them.
