Cant give them even a single star if I could. I booked tickets and everything seems great. However, I could not do online check in as the website of my air line could not find the tickets. I call the travel agent and they say everything is fine, you have to go in person and check in!!! End of chapter 1. On my way back, it took me 2 hours to do "in person" check in because again the ticket numbers dont match. On inquiring with the Air lines office (in person) they explained that the travel agents are supposed to sync/update with their portal which was not done. I had to pull out emails from my phone and provide ticket numbers. Since this was not done, I was offered 4 different seats in 4 different rows for a family of 5 with an infant!!! I have never faces such situation, and I can not forget this experience. Its true that the complete professional and courteous looking staff changes into something entirely different, once payment is made.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD TO BUY A TICKET. THE OWNER IS RUDE AND SO IS THE WIFE. THE WORST PLACE.WARNING WARNING WARNING DO NOT BUY YOUR TICKETS FROM THESE CROOKS. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR TRAVEL PLANS AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR IT! WORST TRAVEL AGENTS IN THE TRI STATE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE AT ANY COSTS!!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU...STAY AWAY AND GO SOME PLACE ELSE ANYWHERE ELSE..YOU WILL THANK ME!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a long shot but its better to ask than not to ... Is the white girl slaver group I heard rumors about, where young pretty girls are lured to middle and far east countries with the promise of safe high paying jobs and then after arrival find that the lures were empy promises and instead they become held against their wills while forced into prostitution to survive?

Please I ask all who are reading this not to buy your tickets from these crooks. They will really screw everything up. Dum and dumber are here. Stay away and go elsewhere!! This is the worst place to buy your tickets!!!!

I needed a ticket right away, and I was still worried if I could afford a ticket so soon to the departure date. High Fly Travel got me a GREAT deal and did it promptly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Keep you on hold all time, price on phone will be lower and increase the price while collecting ticket with some stupid reason and excuse to blame Airlines.
