I went today at 1/12/14 only for threading. First of all, when you walk in, dont expect them to acknowledge your presence. The woman (I didnt get her name but it was only her and the manager working that day) took a whole chunk of my eyebrows out! When i confronted her about this, she claimed no i missed the bottom hair. My reply was no you took a chuck on my eyebrows out because now one is smaller than the other! ..Worst of all: THE MANAGER STOOD THERE WITHOUT A PEEP! Unacceptable! Please get better workers. I will definitely will be finding a new place to get my eyebrows done from now on.

wow...I have been travelling 1 hour to this salon for almost 4 years...and I have searched this state for a long time looking for someone to get me happy with my hair. Lynn, who is the owner, gets me and gets my color and cut spot on perfect, even when I am not so sure! Issues with schedule are handled professionally. They have wonderful products, and their pricing is right in line with shops of their caliber....run in! tell them Patti sent you! I just hope your commute isnt as long as mine!

Im not too sure what the other reviewers are talking about, the staff has been nothing but friendly to me over the past three years! Marina is a great hairdresser, she is attentive and very detail oriented. Lynn, the owner, is always there and makes sure the salon appears professional and welcoming. Im not sure where the reviewer who got her eyebrows threaded went, but it wasnt here. They dont even thread eyebrows here!

The staff is very friendly, but they overcharge. After a color treatment, the stylist wouldnt dry my hair without an additional "styling charge," so, 85 dollars later, I had to walk out of the salon with wet hair! It is very unprofessional to allow clients to walk out with wet hair, especially after all the money they spend! Besides this, the staff seems very outdated in modern technique. Will not return.

RUN AWAY!!!! The most horrible, unprofessional service you can imagine... and this is from the top down. The owner herself condones such attitudes. Not to mention almost frying my hair... Yes, I know "it will grow back." The stylist says she has 8 years of experience??? I doubt it! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! You have been warned.

The staff was kind and empathetic to my needs as I have a bad neck, shampooing was painless. I walked in with a horrible cut no style. Walked out beautiful, Top of the line hair products.

Rude staff esp the owner, unclean shop & they reuse items on different people that are supposed to be disposable. Do NOT recommend esp for the price they charge.
