Took my 8 month old here for his first hair cut at Snipits, thinking it would be memorable and a good experience since these people have experience with cutting kid hairs daily. Only thing memorable was him crying incessantly. There was no personal touch, no getting to know the baby before starting not even stopping when me and my wife repeatedly asked the hair dresser to go slow. Worst experience ever! Would not recommend it to anyone. Never will go back. Worst 17$ ever spent. Zero stars. To top it off...the girls there had no idea about baby trimmers!!!!!! They used adult trimmers the heavy ones for an infant haircut.

Definitely overpriced. Not the nicest women and not very patient with children. And forget about going there on the weekends. I tried twice and it was insane. No matter what time you go. Most ridiculous of all, the snooty cashier suggested I pay $35/year for a VIP membership (to get in quicker) and then followed that statement up by saying I would probably still have to wait as long (with VIP membership or not). So basically, they were looking to rob me of an extra $35. Dont bother!

Had been very happy with this place, even though it is overpriced, until today. I just spent 10 min calming my toddler down after his disappointment when we couldnt get a haircut. We arrived 30 min before their closing time and watched as they hung their "closed" sign and locked the doors as we were crossing the sidewalk to the doors. If thats their companys policy it should be posted, otherwise there was no reason to shut us out. Very frustrated and will not be returning.

This place truly knows their audience, every stylist we have used has been very patient with my daughter and has done a great job. The only negative thing I could say is that I do feel it is a little pricey, I think I paid $23 for a trim and blow dry for my three year old. I pay about that when I get my own hair done and I get it washed, cut and styled.

We waited 10 min for our sons hair cut, and then the lady said that she wouldnt do it, since she couldnt put the cape on him. She seemed rude and didnt want to be bothered, so we just left. Dont waste your time there.

This place is great. It gets crowded but they are very quick. Never been there more than 30 minutes total. My son ( 5 years old) enjoys it getting his haircut here.
