Lastnight I damaged and wrecked my hair beyond anything. Today I called up Robert James salon and made an appt for this evening with Robert. Right away I knew not only had I picked the right salon but that I was in good hands with Robert. My hair was green and gray when I went in there and I had a botched home hair cut from the week before. I spent several hours at the salon and from the moment I walked through the door I was treated like a movie star like no one else mattered. It took several treatments but by the time it was all said and done my hair looks amazing like a movie star. The color is perfect, the cut is perfect. I almost cried cause it came out better than I could of imagined with how bad it was when I got there. And everyone there was so nice and made me and my 13 yr old daughter feel so special. It was a little more than most salons but worth every penny. I wont go anywhere else. I highly recommend that if your hair needs repairs then go here and ask for Robert cause he knows hair and hes a very warm person. I cant thank him enough and my husband loved it too. Right before we left he also let my daughter Shae pick a piece of jewelry out for free which made her week. Thanks Robert for everything, your the best and I mean that with all my heart and hair, lol.

I usually do not do review staff but I have to do this one because this was the worst experience I have ever had with any service. I have bought a Groupon to use on my birthday for this salon and the whole hour and half I felt like being treated as a second-class citizen. The girl used 30 seconds washing my hair and 10 second to spray something on my hair without a single word until later on I asked about it. She said " yep, that was deep-condition treatment". She spent 2 minutes cutting my hair and 10 minutes blow-dry it without one single smile at all. My hair did not even feel clean after everything was done. Manicure and pedicure were basic and the woman never smiled or talked. Only person who was a little friendly was the cleaning girl. The whole time I could not wait to get out of there, so uncomfortable and they made you feel like a piece of dirt. It gets beyond me how does this business survive with the worst service you could ever imagine ?! I will definitely not go back there even get paid to do so! Who wants to be treated like a piece of dirt while you are supposed to relax and enjoy? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND SERVICE!!!

I was very disappointed with my experience. As other reviewers stated, I was treated like I was second class because I was using a Groupon -- when in fact, I was searching for a new hair salon and likely would have been spending quite a bit in the future. The hairstylist (I dont remember her name, but she looked like an 80s hairband groupie) was rude and actually said she wouldnt dry my hair because it was too thick. I had gotten a new cut with bangs, and she did not even want to show me how to style it! I spoke with the woman at the front desk and she got an assistant to give me a blow out. I was so disappointed because I was hoping to find a new salon as I was new to the area, but this was definitely not it. I will say that the nail tech was awesome!

Purchased a package for $113.00(manicure, pedicure, and 1/2 hr massage). The spa manicure was basically rubbing a scrub on and polish change since I have acrylics. The spa pedicure was very superficial, hardly soaking or scrubbing. I was cut on two cuticles and left with scabs. I still had rough spots that should have been gone with proper pedicure. To top it off the lighting is not good so the color I picked which I thought was brownish was plum when I walked outside. After paying $128.00 the only service worth the money was the massage. There was a lot of down time in between services. Totally not worth the money and would never go back!

I went here for a massage and facial and did not have a good experience. The massage area is on top of the salon, and you can hear all the loud hustle and bustle there. The atmosphere was not relaxing. Bright light on white floors and walls, no music, absolutely no decor. It looked like I was getting my services done in storage rooms. My massage therapist talked too much so I couldnt relax. The older woman who did my facial was very good though. Just wish I didnt have bright light shining through my eyelids.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. The girl that cut my hair...MINDY...asked me what I wanted for my hair cut, I told her short, to my shoulders. Before this shanking I had very long hair and she didnt even ask if the length was okay, she just started chopping. I now have a semi-longish bowl cut with my hair thinned. She didnt speak to me the entire hair cut and before I knew it I was left with a terrible hair cut and tears in my eyes. DO NOT GO HERE!

Everybody is excellent . From the receptionist to the stylists , always very helpful . The receptionists have fit me in and worked around my schedule every time . I have gotten color/cut/treatment from Nicole, Alex, Sherry, and Linda. I was beyond pleased with all of them and would be open to go to any one that works there because you can tell that everyone is well educated and knows exactly what they are doing . Thank you !

Very friendly personnel, relaxed atmosphere and reasonable prices. I personally had the Gentlemans manicure and pedicure and loved both; completely relaxed throughout the whole appointment and the results were fantastic!! Will definitely be back and absolutely want to try a massage there!!

I always have a good experience with Shelly! I always like my hair when I leave & she shows me how to style it. Everyone is always very friendly to me & I am pretty shocked at the other reviews on here. It almost seems like we go to two different salons.

Best ever! Prices are reasonable. They always take care of me. They run promotions all the time for their loyal email clients and the staff couldnt be nicer. I go to Sarah. She is excellent and I love her.

Went here for the first time to get a massage. Eva was and older woman that packed a punch. I received a deep tissue massage, one of the best I have had. will return for more.
