There are some good people who will take complete care of their customers here, but it doesnt applies to everyone who works there. Last time i had my hair cut in this location and the lady treated me very well and did all the haircut with patience and skill, when i revisit again there was another lady who behaves like she dont want to work and she dont care about the customers and she spoiled all my hair just to show up to her co worker that she works fast.

Worst !!!! The attitude of the staff is ignorant and careless. Rather to be customer focused they talk among the staff about their own personal things which resulted into haircut screwed. When asked about this, the staff is blaming to be more explicit rather than listen to customer. Staff do not need customers rather they interested in tips.

7/7/17. I visited the shop around 6.30 pm for hair cut. The shop was empty and when I requested for haircut the employee was rude and said she cannot do haircut as only 30 minutes there. There are ways to address the customer but there was no basic business etiquette on the part of the employee but being rude and crude.

I would usually go somewhere like Supercuts just to get a cheap cut but Kurt who works there belongs in his own shop -- he gives the best haircuts and he is constantly taking classes to be better at what he does (he is way beyond the level of recent graduates from hair school that often work at these places).

All 5 stars are for Charlene. She gives perfect haircut to both me and my 5 year old . Especially gets it absolutely right for my kid . I have had haircut from other dressers here but honestly other than Charlene, rest have been disappointing .

Went in as a walk-in. There was only one stylist 1 person waiting . She said there was a 1 hr 45 min wait. So much for Supercuts walk-in policy.
