Can I give no stars?! HOLY CRAP HORRIBLE! How is this location still open?? Im calling corporate later today because of how bad my hair turned out and after hearing so many horror stories. I never had this problem with super cuts. The lady got the thinning shears STUCK in my hair THREE times and pulled two of the times. Her hand was shaking. And she was obviously rushing me to get the next person. The other person working there (I guess) was watching instruction videos on HOW to cut hair and wasnt taking customers!! How does this happen? Why would they keep this location like this for so long? Well im about to try and change that. I have short hair. Female. I needed a simple trim and I left butchered to where I had to go spend the $40 I didnt want to spend at a salon to fix it and they were seeing all the problems. Now my hair has to be way shorter than I wanted.

Terrible service , Terrible attitude !!! I went there couple of times with my 6y old son for haircut. Some of ladies are so lazy and slowly and they messed up the haircut almost all the time. Last two times when I came in lady said she gonna take another lady before me because she has an appointment. So I was waiting.. Next time I made appointment and when I checked in lady said she is gonna take another gentleman who came before me. That made me so upset ,I asked to take us first because we made an appointment but she refused. We had a little conversation about that but she still refusing..So I left and I will never ever in my life go back there.

The store itself was clean, and the stylist who greeted me was friendly. Unfortunately, when it came to actually cutting my hair she didnt listen to me when I repeatedly told her that she cut my hair shorter on one side. She refused to look at me straight on, even though I asked her, and I left with an uneven cut because I was so frustrated with her lack of skill. I had to have my husband even out my hair when I got home. I have had good luck with other supercuts salons, but I will not be going back to the Lawrenceville location.

I had the worst experience in my life. Its disgraceful who is allowed to cut hair with absolutely NO clue on how to do it. I care less about the licenses they have (or they dont have) when they dont know anything about styling and cutting hair. By the way, my hair was butchered and now I have no freaking way of fixing it. My solution would be to go somewhere else and cut it army style. I will post anywhere I can and try to tell as many people as possible to avoid this place. Just DONT GO THERE.

This is one of the worst haircut Salon I have ever went. We went for a simple haircut for my kid. The lady over there do not know how to cut hair. The moron lady cut my son eyebrows and when we asked her, she don’t want to hear complaints. I was so frustrated how the lady behaved. I saw the same kind of complains in the reviews section. How come the store management didnt see these complains and took action. If it continue like this I bet they will close the business soon.

I went their twice for a simple haircut and they messed it up horribly twice. Those ladies do not know how to cut hair. They use a buzzer only, 5 minutes and youre done. 17 dollars down the drain leaving you to go to another barber to fix it. I even complained the second time I went. I didnt even want a refund I just wanted it cut again but properly. Had it cut by two different ladies and both times just completely horrible. I wish I could give less than a 1 star rating.

They look too lazy to work. Do not expect smile and kindness. Their brushes were so dirty and oily. They do not know how to make hairstyles at all. I do not know her name, she pulled my hair over 5 times with brushing. Then I got a headache after a fistful of my hair fell out. I should have cut my hair by myself, that is better. It is so horrible terrible!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went here for a 2-3 inch trim, and the moronic woman cutting my hair took off 7 inches! My hair looks TERRIBLE! I spent all morning crying. Now Im just trying to find ways to get it to grow back faster. This is the second time I have gotten a bad haircut here and Im never going back for sure. Dont waste your money.

Training, training, and more training is needed for Supercuts stylists! I went in for a simple haircut and walked out with the worst haircut Ive ever received. Are these stylist even trained?! Not only that, but my stylist had her toddler playing on the floor while she was cutting my hair. I will not go back, ever!

superb cut for my wriggly 15 month old (first haircut). great cut, the stylist (whose name I fotgot to get) wasnt phased at all as he moved and cried, and so very pleased with the finish.

I know what I like and I get a great cut everytime with a minor degree of explanation. Ask for the steamed towel when your cut is done, you wont regret it. Ask for Paulette, shes the best!!

Dont come here. I asked for a good ol fashioned "chop it all off." Eventually she did it, some how was not good. She forgot the back part of my neck!! think its called napes.thats bad.

The haircut they gave me was terrible everything was uneven and there was a patch of hair left and it was terrible she doesnt know what a faux hawk is.

They have a new manager, Danny, that is absolutely amazing. Great skill that is rubbing off on the rest of his team. I highly recommend
