I was pleased with my first trip to this location so decided to go again. Well, I think now I have gotten the WORST haircut in my life!!!! I went in with my daughter and information for both of us was entered. However, when a stylist became free, she skipped me and took the young man waiting. I would have thought since 2 names entered, she should have been able to see that I had not been taken care of yet. I asked for a trim and face frame. She seemed annoyed if my head was tilted downward, but never asked me to look up, just pushed my chin up. When she wanted me to check length in back, she gave me the mirror. But somehow the way I was positioned, I could only see one half of my back. Nastily she told me it was because I moved my head. Then she took mirror and held up to the point all I could see was top of my head!!! Frustrated I just said it was OK. When she brushed out hair at the end, I noticed the frame was way too heavy. Again in nasty tone, she told me that was what I asked for. Overall, she gave me the worst haircut ever. Looking at it again the next day, I could see lots of long hairs sticking out along face frame. If you go to this salon, avoid Elena at all cost!!!! Update: The manager called and we discussed my experience. He was kind enough to offer several coupons for my daughter and I. His willingness to listen and take actions is appreciated.

Hi, I am the owner of this Great Clips Hair Salon location. Our goal is give every customer the haircut experience they desire. Occasionally a customer may not be completely satisfied. If this is a legitimate posting, I am asking Chris to contact the salon and ask for the manager so that we can earn your trust back and do whatever we can to turn you into a satisfied customer. I did not want to pick a rating score, but google does not allow a posting without a rating.

This was my first haircut at this location. Worst hair cut i had ever. The stylist Jennifer did it literally in 2 and half min. by the time others were just spraying water I was done.The worst was hair was not aligned properly some were big and others were small. I would suggest anyone who goes there prefer not it done by her. I had never had this experience with other great clips.I will never go there again even it is a free hair cut by them

used to like this place since long but started hating this now. A lady name Emma was so rude and seemed to be like someone is using scissor n clipper for the first time. she was very rough with her work. she spoiled my cut. literally am having burning sensation in my head. Used to be the happy customer here just because of Jennifer. Emma, u made it worst :X

Worst ever haircut Ive gotten in my life, All I needed was a #3 evenly across my entire head. My hair was never brushed up properly, there were long strands all over the place stickout out when I got back that I couldnt see due to dim lighting. Im going to go give this place one more shot right now, If it sucks no more chances.

Great Clips is my go-to salon. I always check the wait time online and check-in from home to avoid waiting there. Their prices are fantastic, made even better by coupons. Dont miss their prepaid $10 haircut cards during the holidays - they dont expire and are a great way to save money all year.

No wait, good price, nice cut, friendly, roomy cutting area, clean salon - clean bathroom... AND again the price was right. Even got a coupon. I will bring my kids there for cuts.
