I will never go back here EVER again. I made a phone call to see if they took walk-ins. The receptionist confirmed that they did. I walked in and was told Dominique [the only black girl working there] would take care of me. Just because Im black doesnt mean she would be my preferred stylist. Meanwhile, Dominique had a client while the others took other customers over me. I left annoyed to walk around the corner after sitting for an hour to get ice cream. I come back and they told me I would be next. That was the last straw because they put another person in front of me again. I can understand if others had appointments. I would have been cool with that. But they failed to communicate anything with me after watching people come & go after they had arrived after me. I do not like the fact that they labeled me and put me with a black stylist only because of the color of my skin when others were available. They will never get my business. EVER!! Needless to say: I left!

Ive been there one time a few years ago and I liked the way the young girl in there did my hair. This time when I went back after looking up at my hair she said she has to charge me $10 extra because my hair is natural. I said really? She said yes we charge $10 extra for natural hair. My question is why though. Just because my hair is curlier than most of clients and takes a little more time you have to charge more? Its not like my hair is super long. Its just natural. I felt that she was discriminating against me. If someone were to come in with their "natural" hair and it was straight would it still be an extra $10. I dont think so. But whatever. I just wont be back there or any other Hair Cuttery. Not like they care.

The whole crew here is awesome! Always friendly and quick to help or get you the help you need! I have been coming here for well over a year so this review is well over due, I apologize! Personally I go to Devin for hair and eye brows and she never lets me down EVER! She keeps me looking sharp but can also keep you entertained the whole time. Thanks ladies!

Went twice for a cut. Both times different employees. The firat time the master cutter gave me a totally different cut from the picture I showed her and when I noticed while she was still cutting and informed her, she insisted that she knew what she was doing. Second cut was just as bad...but I guess you get what you pay for. Never again!

Bad place to get a hair cut second time damage my hair I ask not to use blade and still use made my hair not be in place after I wash it ,hate that place
