When you go to Great Clips you never know what youre going to get. Many times I have been and many times I have gotten a bad haircut. They are unreliable and will not listen to your requests but will only cut it the way they want Overall my experience at Great Clips was disappointing and I will not be going there again. My son who is 2 year old had the worst experience ever and he had red spots everywhere from crying and the around his neck because of the cloth that they wrapped around his neck they dont have any experience with kids or how to calm a crying baby who is afraid of a clipper they had a one lady that was nice with my son and he used to love her she was so patient and nice my heart hurted of the was she jumped on his head and didnt even want him to breath or take a brake from crying and then continue with the hair cut !! my husband ask for a trim and he got a half head trimmed and the other half was not even done and she told him all done !!! I looked at the back of his head and i told him why are you leaving like this the lady had a bad attitude and she was mad so i asked another lady to fix it and the other lady had a bad attitude too never again and the charged me for a full price for a hair cut even though it was only a back of the nick trim never again the worst place and experience ever I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER To ANY ONE !!!!

Got really disappointed at Princeton store when the lady cut my sons ear and started bleeding. My son started crying and the lady didnt bother to tell me as she was in a hurry to finish the job til I came to check. Manager told me shell just charge me 8.99 instead because of the incident. Wow! I insisted not to pay and finally she agreed. I hope I can still persuade my son to have a hair cut as it took me weeks to get him in the door.

Very happy with the cut that Brittany gave me. Most folks will rush a military cut as if it was boot camp and send you out with an uneven mess. Brittany took her time, was detailed and gave me the best cut i have had in years. The staff was nice and helpful. I noticed that they received a lot of phone calls from people asking for specific stylist which shows that they have a strong customer base created from good performance.

When my normal barber had taken the day off, i needed a haircut desperatley. i asked for a simpke buzz cut fade with a shape up and they completley ruined my hairline! i had to wait a month before it grew back and i refuse to go here ever again. Also, i felt very uncomfortable when they asked for my address and phone and for 13 bucks, this is a bad chocie to get a haricut at.

Such a waste of time... the lady who works there shows very bad attitude and she even wont cut your hair the way you tell her... she messed up all my hair... waste of spending money... pissed off so much... I asked her to trim my beard and she ended up doing it only half... I wont suggest anyone to go there.

Everyone is very friendly here, pleasant to talk to... I Always go back to see Nina she is amazing and great stylist.. You always get a very professional job every time she cuts your hair. She listen to what you want done, always does a great job, and she is friendly and cares about her clients...

I have to say they know how to cut hair. Though if you want a fade done right, ask for Alex. They told me everyone could do a great fade last time and a woman tried to cut my hair. Was not satisfied. But for regular haircuts, they do quite well.

Ive been to a lot of places for hair cuts and a lot of Great Clips as well. I come back to this one because I finally found a hair cutter that is excellent! Ask for Kim. She knows what shes doing, takes her time and never disappoints!

Son (4 yr old) had the best time here, he kept laughing/smiling the whole time. Lady there kept him engaged whole time. He used to hate hair cuts (lady suggested to use hair trim to kids ) before.
