I scheduled an appointment for 3:30 for a mani and pedi. I wanted some waxing done also and was told that waxing was available till 4 and the mani and pedi person had different hours. I showed up at 3:30 and was finishing up a very important phone call when the stylist came out to my car and asked me if I was coming in for the waxing because they were closing at 4. It was only 3:35. I didnt notice her tone, so I went in. As she was waxing my eyebrows she proceeded to reprimand me for being 5 to 7 minutes late. I was very upset by this. She rushed the waxing and did it very angrily. I got up and told here to cancel the manicure and pedicure because I would not give her anymore business. I handed her my card to pay for the waxing and explained to her that reprimanding a customer for being seven minutes late was very unprofessional. She then handed my card back to me and very rudely and loudly said, "Just go!" For a grand opening, I dont understand how they can afford to be so rude to a new customer. I was so upset when I left that I didnt realize that she butchered my eyebrows and left me with thin pencil lines when I specifically said to leave them thick. I had to go out and buy a brow pencil to fill them in because I looked rediculous.

I had my hair cut twice at this salon. I was very pleased. The ladies are very nice. I will contnue to patronize this salon. In fact I am going to have my hair done and get a manicure on Saturday. Many of my friends patronize Clippers and are as happy with their work as I am. When I have any kind of an appointment, I make it a point to arrive five to ten minutes early.

Just left. The service was great. The price was great. The staff was better. My family and I have been going to Clippers since it opened. The MGR Mary has been cutting my hair and my familys hair for over 20 yrs and looking forward to many more years. We will go wherever Mary takes her clippers.
