My son and husband have been getting their haircut here for a good two years. A few months ago my son (5 years old) got a haircut that was a bit uneven. It was the cut I asked for, Im sure my little one just moved a bit too much for a new stylist. I took him back and the manager fixed it for no charge and was beyond sweet about the whole thing. Weve always had good experiences with the kids being reassured and encouraged that theyre doing great and given lollipops!
