Such terrible service I Will absoulutly never ever fed ex somthing ever again. Customer service is disgustingly terrible. They kept transferring me to the company phone number for customer service to a representative who did not even speak English so it was hard to understand. After being on the phone for a while he finally answered my question which was if he could transfer me to a fed ex in eatontown New Jersey and after all that he said he didnt have it. Then I called the shipment center and they did not have the number either. And on google the only phone number listed is the company number. So after being transferred to a customer service that finally New what she was doing she transferred me to the one in eatontown and after waiting on the line on hold for such a long time they finally picked up and told me to CALL BACK IN AN HOUR. I am so dissapointed, aggravated, angry and disgusted at the way fed ex treats there customers, i would give this a 0 if I could.

Rude Customer Service, No attempt at helping me: The nice folks at the Fedex print store helped me arrange a HOLD to be put on my package so that I could go pick it up at this shipment center. When I called to inquire about their hours because I was stopping by to pick up my order, a lady (whose name I will not mention here) was IMMENSELY RUDE to me, for no apparently good reason, and told me in an extremely frustrating manner that "the box is probably already on a truck, no one has time to pay attention to requests like this...". She refused to actually look up the tracking number and assist me in any way. Unreal. Very bad experience.

I dont recommend this place they make a mistake like 3 times I got a package from Mexico I spend over $300 and they say they deliver it at my house but I never got the paper a notification that said I supposed to get it so I went back to this place I spend like at least 3 hours each time and finally I called customer service to see wheres my package and then I went to the place I went by there and people there are no very nice so it really is not worth it for the money they charge

9 times this year alone I was told that our items are undeliverable because we are close. All this during normal business hours. They have lost items and are not helpful at all on the phone. I will never use them again. I wish I could rate them -5 stars ,but cant give a negative rating

Fedex is terrific in terms of speed and always pleasant when they have knocked on my door in order to make a delivery requiring a signature, however,drivers rarely knock unless there is the requirement of a signature and if you are home the package can arrive unbeknownst to you.

Told me my pickup was not available even though I had selected to hold for delivery, and kept telling me the same sentence. Miserable people. Id suggest not using this location due to its incompetent staff and unorganized operation. Truly a disappointment.
