Today I called DHL because I needed accurate delivery information for a confidential time sensitive document that had to be delivered to an area that did not have First Priority service. I had the pleasure to be served by Zeeshan. He advised me that FEDEX would have to handle this but he could help me. Zeeshan provided exceptional customer service. He not only found out the answers to all of my questions, he also provided some viable alternatives, gave me pick-up options, pricing. Most importantly, he offered to help me when I came in to insure that everything would be done correctly so that there would be no delay. As it turned out, my client and I were able to resolve the issue without having to send the document over night. I will certainly be using this facility when I need to ship international. I will also use this facility when I have an appointment in the area and need to send my clients documents overnight.

I can not begin to adequately compliment the level of professionalism at this facility. If you ever intend to send items overseas for family or business you MUST do you yourself a favor and utilize this facility. First, I called the facility and left a message and it was swiftly returned. Zeeshan is the man! He ensured that I got the best pricing for the shipment as well. He was kind enough to inform me that overseas shipping is based on weight and the box dimensions. I guarantee you will not get the kind of service elsewhere and find an individual such as Zeeshan that will make sure you are getting the best price for delivery. Thanks again!!
