Hours of operation posted on the door says,"They are open Mon. thru Fri. At 8:30am." Ive tried to give them business 3 times. No one seems to want to get to the store early enough to open for the posted opening times. All 3 times, lights off, gate closed (inside), and door locked, after 8:30 am! If the store doesnt open until 8:45am or 9:00am, please change the sign on the door and on the Internet. If the problem is employees cant get to work on time, either change the time or find folks that can get to work on time. I like UPS but my time is valuable. if you cant open on time; Im going to have to rethink trusting you with my important packages to get them delivered on time.

Rude, incompetent and sloppy staff. I went there to send an important legal document - big mistake! I told the guy there (who looked like he couldnt care less about customers) to make sure this was sent with "signature required" because I need proof of delivery (its legal stuff). Guess what happened: letter arrives but there is no signature. I call the "UPS store" and they check the shipment: the "signature required" option was NOT checked. Moral of the story: avoid this store if you have anything important to send!

They actually charge you $3 to use a computer to print a simple shipping label (thats printed aon simple printer paper). To charge that for 30 seconds of use is bull. The kid working was incredibly rude about it too. FedEx and USPS are fine with me.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Friendly, helpful staff! I have been going there for YEARS. Vincent, Jeanine, Max, etc.etc. have ALWAYS gone that extra mile to meet whatever shipping, packing, Notary, printing etc. needs I have had. Keep up the great job!!

Brought in an item to have them pack and ship, and they just threw it in the box and sent it out. When it arrived to the recipient, it was damaged. After a long wait and many calls later, I was able to get them to refund me 80% of the items cost.
