It is such miserable experience!! I called to make appointment, but they told me not necessary, I can walk in and there won’t be long waiting time, but the fact is that I waited for more than hour. The stylist even yelled at the staff that he hates walk in customer, and he refused to do the haircut for me, all he did is paly his cell phone. And during the haircut, the hair stylist just told me he can’t make anything except make my hair shorter. I drove 1 hour to there, waited for 1+ hour, spend another hour back home, paid $28+$5, get a bad experience and nasty hair, all I want to say is : not worth it! 昨天去兰桂坊之前,打电话过去预约。结果对方说,不用预约,直接来就好,不用等很久的,只要有发型师空出来就可以给我剪。于是我过去了,等了足足一个多小时,终于等到一个发型师搞定了,坐在那里玩手机。我就去问小工,可否剪头发了?可是那个发型师Ming使了个很生气的表情,意思是不剪。然后开始对着我旁边问他的小工骂:叫你不要叫这种walk in的来,你要叫,烦啊,下次不要叫啊,那副脸,真让人生气! 再等了1个多小时之后,终于有一位发型师给我剪头发了,可是我的每一个想法,他都说做不到,仿佛我的头发不是头发似得!除了剪短,没有任何可以做到! 我往返两个小时,等待1个多小时,给了28刀+5刀小费,还被骂,剪了个不好看的发型,简直郁闷!结账的时候,我对小工说,你们这么不欢迎walk in的,就不要在电话里面叫我直接来,浪费大家的时间。你知道么?小工脾气也很大哦,听了我这句话后,直接走掉。 超级不推荐,希望大家别去。一肚子气,刚刚看了楼下这个MM的评价,看来我们说的是同一个人,也就是他们的老板Ming,既然老板都这么不想做生意了,那我们为啥还要去捧钱上门支持生意呢?

I havent met a jerk for a long time and today I had the pleasure to meet one at this hair salon, and he is the owner of this place-people call him Ming. Yesterday I made the reservation to come in today at 2:30 pm to have my hair trimmed. I heard Ming was good so I told them I would like him to cut my hair. Even though they got me shampooed right after I got there, they had me sit in a chair and wait for Ming for literally 45 minutes! Whats the point of making a reservation if you are going to have people wait a long time anyway?! So I waited, and finally he got done with the other girl. I thought I was next, but Ming decided to chat with someone who just walked in the door for like another 10 minutes! I was already pissed. So I told some other worker there to ask Ming to start my hair cut. She just said "Dont worry, he will come soon." But no, he was still talking to someone else! I have no choice but wait! When he finally came to me, I told him how I want my hair done and also showed him the picture of the hair style. He said he could do it and then he started trimming my hair from the back and the side. He didnt spend much time on that, like 5 minutes. Then he had a girl blow dry my hair while he went back to talk to some other customer for like another 10 minutes! I was again, sitting alone waiting for him to finish his job!! When he came back (for the second time), I could tell that he was not really cutting my hair, more like pretend to cut a tiny bit here and there. And when I told him I want to trim my bangs, he had the AUDACITY to ask if I was trying to cheat him by asking for too much cutting! How do you run a business like this??!! How dare you treat your customer like crap? If I were you, I would definitely STAY AWAY from this place!!

I went for hair color and highlights today. Called up before going to check if he had time. I reached a but late, he started with my hair color and said I need to wait for 30 mins. after my daughters hair cut, I was still waiting for shampoo. After waiting for another 30 mins or so, my hair was shampooed, and I got to know that he was over booked and I had to return for highlights later. The guy who works there next to me started blowing away the hair in my direction and it was all flying on my jacket (This isnt the first time I was sitting on the chair near door and this guy blew hair on me - or rather clean his area and not worry about the other stylist clients sitting nearby) I complained this to Eric and also was upset about the coming back later part, It was like they dont care about the clients who are ready to adjust. I asked him to complain it to his owner and owner said he is busy. I am giving 2 stars only because of Eric (he deserves more stars for all the hard work he does). Eric is really hard working and very good stylist, he fixed my hair 2 times without charging when I got my hair straightened. However, overall, the owners dont care about the customers complaints. I had decided to give 5 star review today when I was going to this place. However, the experience made me change my mind. I posted the same review on yelp and it was removed from there!!

Went here for the first time...great service...nice patient staff...I was very reluctant as was having a haircut after 1.5 years....but they did it exactly as I wanted....loved it...thank you.

I went there for a simple hair cut, it turns out the guy burned my hair by using plat iron due to extremely high tempreture. i can even see a smoke coming out of the iron. Very disappointed.

It is a very good salon. The owner Ming is one of the Best. I am having a hair cut every other month, also all my family. I can tell you that this is one of the Best places around.
