They told me it would be 10-15 minutes. 50 minutes later they finally called me over... And this was on a Tuesday afternoon! Unless you have an appointment dont go here. And even then the haircut was just ok

i had appointment for two persons at 11, we get there on time, but she denied to cut my hair because she has a conference a that time but nobody call me to cancel and she send somebody to tell me NO
