Hi, I just came and got my hair root -touch up done. Your customer service is great, but I have two problems: As the hair dye fell directly into my eye, its still burning, and when I went to Walgreens to get the eye-drops for it, they said that it is a chemical burn and I might need to see an opthamalogist. I know it was an accident, and neither Ms. Chandni nor I thought of either closing my eyes, but I am feeling upset because of the physical injury and also because my eyes are red and I have to attend my cousins wedding in the next couple of days... I also had to spend money on the special eye drops as recommended by the pharmacist... I also have few gray hairs on one side which were not covered by the hair color... Thanks,

The lady that did my was quick and made sure I was comfortable, however, the sanitary conditions leave much to be desired. New waxing spatulas were not used between clients which is a potential health violation. Also, they have a phone app which doesnt work. They had a loyalty card equivalent feature in the app which they refused to acknowledge existed. Eventually when they were shown of this, they claimed it doesnt work and they decided not to honor it. If you have it in the app or advertised, you better be prepared to honor it - thats just bad business. Agreed their prices are fair for the area but you should also know about how to run a business and customer satisfaction.

I went to get a full body wax and while it was cheaper than European wax center... I had the worst reaction in my life. I dont know whats in their wax and if I was allergic to it but I got bumps all over my body and after I treated the bumps they turned into dark nasty scars all over me. I know theyre cheaper but honestly Ill just save a couple more dollars and go to the European wax center

Went for haircut there couple of times. They are cost efficient and they dont stick a $25 bill on your face with the hair you dont like. Pretty straight forward place, if you know exactly what kind of hair you want and you are able to explain it to them clearly - they will get you what you want. Maria is absolutely a charm. Keep up the good work!

Nice place, staff is friendly and Maria is awesome. I take my mother there and my mother looks and feels great when we leave. She also raves about this particular hair dresser Maria who is the only hair dresser she will allow to touch her hair. Thanks for giving my mother a huge smile everytime she leaves your hair salon guys!

I never seen such a worst salon in my life. Employees and Owner are horrible they dont even know what to apply on face. It Looks like Owner have 0% knowledge on beauty products. I dont suggest this Salon to anyone. Ive never written a bad review before, so that may be why I am hesitant.

This is the wrost saloon i ever go.they didnt even listin what u said .after the thing is happened they simply say sorry.i dont prefer to go even if u guys go dont cut your hair with that old lady. She definitely make you mad.iam sure

Had to tell the woman cutting my hair over and over again what to do and I ended up with less than decent haircut. She didnt cut my hair properly, seems like she had no to little experience in cutting hair.

Thank you for spoiling my hair for 2 months . If you want to look like a "champu" please visit krishna . They have a cookie cutter hair cut for men. I would rather call it the Champu cut.
