My experience was a nightmare. I had side swept bangs and I wanted to get them trimmed a little because they were getting too long.The only thing I was getting cut were my bangs. I asked the hair dresser for a trim on my side swept bangs and I indicated the way that I would like them to be angled. She said okay, but instead of cutting my bangs side swept, she cut them straight across. The bangs that were cut straight across were crooked, some ends being shorter in a place where the rest were long. I said that these were not side swept bangs at all. She simply told me that they were and that I needed to play with them, instead of trying to fix them. I tried playing with those awful excuse for side swept bangs to the point where the next day I had to go to another hair salon. When I walked into the door to a different hair salon, they didnt ask me what I wanted, they asked my what happened to my hair. I told them them the situation, and they agreed that this was completely unacceptable, that no one should mess up this badly on bangs. This other hair salon was able to fix my bangs to make them presentable, but I am now unable to have side swept bangs until they grow out. I now have a hair style that I did not want because of this mess up on my bangs. On top of all of this, I wrote a comment to them on their website explaining the situation and they never got back to me. It is embarrassing on them that they could mess up something so simple as trimming bangs; and, to let someone leave in the condition they were in is completely and utterly unacceptable. I hope my review can help someone avoid having a similar experience to my own and I do not recommend this salon.

Nicole saved my (hairs) life! I had never been to this salon before but after a color-gone-wrong on Saturday, I was desperate to find a salon open on Sundays. I found DTS and called first thing Sunday morning. Nicole was available for a 10 am appointment. She saw my awful, awful pink and went right at getting it lifted. She was so attentive to my hair during the lift, making sure every last bit of the magenta was gone. We looked at swatches for a replacement color and because I was ready to leave my pastel pink days behind me, she found the perfect base blond. She put two brighter blond colors throughout as highlights and the end result was absolutely gorgeous. THANK YOU NICOLE!

The place was deserted, yet my stylist was more interested in catching up on the gossip magazines than cutting my hair. He didnt style it at all - I could have done a better job with a bowl and a pair of garden sheers! How is this place even still in business?? Will never make the mistake of going there ever again!!

Fran is the best. I have strange curly hair and she knows exactly how to cut it. I am always pleased with how great my hair looks when I leave there. Everyone is polite and attentive. The prices are very reasonable.
