Do NOT go here to get your eye brows waxed. I walked in and asked the manager if they do eye brow waxing. The manager said yes and handed me off to a middle-aged aunty who (with uncertainty) inspected my eye brows. I asked her if she was comfortable waxing and told her I did not mind getting my eyebrows threaded and she repeatedly told me she could do it. She then proceeded to wax off half of my right eyebrow. I looked at my face in horror and tell her she made it too thin. She did not understand English properly and after about a minute of frustration, I tell her to do my left eye brow by threading because she clearly has never waxed eye brows before. This was my mistake. I should have left then and there. She makes my left eyebrow too thick. I go to the manager to express my dissatisfaction, who hands me off to a woman to even out my eye brows by threading. She does a good job at shaping my eyebrows but because of the mistakes of the first lady, my eyebrows still look foolishly thin. The first lady then has the AUDACITY to tell me in broken English that waxing is not good for you and threading is better. If she had just told me that she was not comfortable waxing, this would not have happened in the first place. I then tell the manager I want my money back. She refuses and tells me next time shell give me free service. My honest thoughts: Its not a bad place for threading but do NOT get your eye brows waxed here. They are totally inexperienced in this field. Also beware of overly eager middle-aged aunties who claim they want to do your eye brows. The one I described wasnt even wearing a Shangar apron and I speculate she was the mother of one of the workers.

WORST haircut After 2 years I planned to get a new haircut (of course my hair grew long enough to get a sonam kapoor style) But in vain. I showed the picture of haircut style I wanted , but when the aunty finished my haircut , I was left with shoulder length hair, and a baddddddddddddddddd uneven front fringe and the combs used were smelly and not washed before using those on another persons scalp. I will NEVER EVER go to this place again. I asked for layers and I got was a straight trimmed shoulder length hair WITHOUT any style, my hair are still uneven . Now I have to daily straighten my hair , at least till my hair will grow a little and I can get another haircut. but NEVER from this Shangar shop, I regret the day I went there. These 2 weeks of my life were frustrating.

Well I went to get a haircut, and the owner did mine. HORRIBLE. Please do not waste your money and time on this place. I asked for bangs past my eyes, and also a 1 inch haircut. I have curly hair, and am trying to grow it out so I thought a trim would be perfect. After she finishes my haircut, I end up having bangs just up to my eyes - STRAIGHTENED, and she has given me LAYERS. I didnt even ask for that!? AND she cut far more than 1 inch, my hair is up to my shoulders now. SHOULDERS. It took such a long time for me to grow out my curls, now I have to start over. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I am going to attempt to get my money back, probably wont work, but she needs to know how much of a horrible job she does.

Worst customer service on the planet. Usually when you have a customer that is sitting in a chair and waiting, he/she is there for your service. Believe it or not, it isnt just a hobby of mine to drive a half hour to hang out in the waiting room of a salon while you ignore me and thread the eyebrows of customers that walked in after me. Glad I walked out and never came back. There are other places that appreciate their customers and make their service well worth the time/ money.

I should have read these reviews, before visiting this place. I went there to get my eyebrows threaded. the staff who did it was new, I guess. she totally messed up and gave me zig-zagged very thick eyebrows. I told her about it again and again and asked her to even it out and make lil thin; but in vain. that girl was so stubborn, I told her how to correct shape, but she was like this is it. Really regret getting my eyebrows done there.

Worst place ever..I went there for my hair cut I showed her the pic of haircut but that aunty didnt even looked at it and told me that I know what I am doing and ruined my hair it took almost 1 year to grow my hair upto lower back length and I asked her to cut only 1/2 inches and she cut my hair upto shoulder length. ..I hate it..

WORST EXPERIANCE EVER. I went there for my wifes underarm waxing. The only thing the aunty speaks was YUP. my wife told her that the wax was TOOOO HOT, but they didnt listen, and my wife ended up with dark burnt underarms. NEVER GO HERE. Pay some else $20 more , but never ever go here. They are not professionals.

I always go there for my hair cut, and I ask for only one short young girl. She is really good in hair cutting. Its just an average salon. I dont want to try any other service ther. They people really talk a lot so Im sure facial and massage will never be relaxing there.

The most worst experience ever..she took around one n half hours just for lower curls in my hair and ended up doing a big disaster even with paying alot..no experience n high prices..i would give them negative stars if i have option of that

watch out for the pricing - hired them for a mehndi party and ended up paying way over the estimate provided. They quote low and charge a lot more.
