Ive been going there for 11 years!! I love getting eyebrows threaded there. Some of the ladies do a better job than others but I am very particular how my eyebrows are shaped. I was tell them what I want unless Ive gone to the person a few times. In the past the owner/manager would get upset if I wanted to wait for a specific person. She insisted all of the ladies did a great job... Not true! Then one day she did my eyebrows and I was not satisfied. Theres a new owner/manager now and she is very nice but they dont have as much staff as they used to. Overall I like to get my eyebrows done there but its always a risk if you go to a new lady!!! Ive never had my hair done there, they wouldnt know what to do with my hair. Every one who Ive ever seen go in there for a hair cut has regular straight hair! Not much variety.

I agree with some of the reviews here. My eyebrows were shaped way too thin and I specifically told the lady to keep them thick. :( I always go to Roma Beauty Salon but went here coz I was in a rush and they were closer. Roma Beauty Salon charges only four dollars and they offer the 8th one free. Since I get it done every 10-14 days its the cheapest I have seen around. Besides they have four locations and very clean and tidy with full time receptionists.

They do not know the basics of Hair Cut. The only thing they are good at is to chop your hair off in under a minute with a machine. They dont even know how to troubleshoot their own credit card machine! I prefer not going there in my life again - BUT it is the closest to my home, and I am lazy to drive more than a minute to get a hair cut. So, I may still give them some business :(

This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and I like it more than getting them waxed. The lady didnt even ask me how I wanted it done, she just started threading as soon as I sat down on the chair. But she knew what she was doing and I was very satisfied with the result. I would definitely go back. Price is great. $5 for eyebrows

I did get facial for myself and hair cut for my kid done at this place. They do not have any idea how to work with kids. Facial was not at all relaxing, the lady hardly gave massage. The reception/customer service is very poor. I do not recommend this salon.

Worst experience ever... I am not coming here again. They dont know what they are doing... They ruined my eyebrows. They should shut down their business. I am giving one star so I can write the review.

I agree the reception/customer service is average-to-poor, but the prices are great and they do a good job with waxing and threading. Overall you get what you pay for so I dont mind.

I asked for a hair cut because my hair was long and uneven. They took $30 and just made it short. I sujusted not to go there. My hair is still uneven

Parol is very good at mens haircut.But just now I got haircut with other lady .My hairstyle was like baby hairstyle.it was horrible.

Be prepared for very rude reception and They donot know how to work with kids.. Will not step in again !
