HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I came to this place in April 2016 with my brand new 2016 Honda Civic that I had bought 2 months before. I got hit with a cable wire as I was passing by the scene of an accident. My vehicle had a few scratches and some paint chips on the hood of the car. Well I came here because this is one of Geicos express shops. So first I spoke to the owners son "Josef" and let me start by saying he was nice, great customer service THAT day. So I left my car here for repairs and a few weeks later I noticed the hideous swirl/blurry marks all over my car. I went back spoke to Josef and that day the customer service went out the window. He was rude and told me that he couldnt fix it so I came back to and spoke to the Owner Jose a few days later... The owner was great, he had me bring my car in again and tried to do his best (I ended up bringing my car in a total of 5 times) but the swirl marks due to all that buffing they did the first time still were there and even more pronounced. SO the owner told me a few days before Christmas if we could wait til the new year to bring my car in again and promised he would do whatever it takes to get my car like it was before I brought my car here, without the marks.. CAME AGAIN a few weeks ago looking for Jose but he was not there for personal reasons I guess so I spoke to the new "co-owner" Adele. Let me say she is the worst, most rude person ever!!! She told me to go find a detailing place and she would pay them to fix the issue because the problem that my car had was not even fixable by a body shop and she didnt know why they would buff my car there in the first place!!! So I went to the detailing place she recommended and the owner there said "heck NO I would never work with Koplin, their work is horrible and they love stealing money from people" WOW!!!!!!!! So I came back in today and spoke to Adele again and I told her I wanted to speak to the Geico adjuster because I no longer wanted to bring my vehicle there and she said I couldnt speak to him and that I wasnt allowed to take my car anywhere else because every place will leave my "black car" with swirl marks! Anyways I ended up calling Geico and reporting these horrible people and they told me I was able to take my car else so now I will be taking my car to an actual professional!!!! Every other body shop who actually had good reviews told me that the swirl marks were caused by Koplin.. Now its going to cause Geico a few thousand dollars to fix the issue that shouldnt have been caused in the first place. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

WARNING!! SCAM ALERT!! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH ANY AUTOSHOP IN MY 15 YEARS DRIVING, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY THIS PLACE AND SPECIFICALLY BY ADELE IS DISGUSTING IN ALL WAYS, HER 15 YEARS OF "EXPERIENCE" (GOD KNOWS WHERE) HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH COSTUMER SERVICE AND THE ONLY THING THAT I HAVE FOUND WORST THAN HER QUALITY SERVICE IS THEIR BODY SHOP QUALITY. THEY DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO ASSEMBLE PARTS AND THEIR SPECIALITY IS ON HOW NOT TO DO PAINT WORK. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A TRUE BODY SHOP! YOU WILL THANK MY NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE AND IF YOU TOOK THE WRONG DECISION YOULL SEE YOURSELF ON THIS LIST COMPLAINTS LIST. THEY GOT PAID FOR SCREWING CARS. DONT BE THE NEXT.

Beware!! If youre car is being worked on, they will kill your battery..even if it is new.. they will kill it and tell you its old. They dont turn the car on or charge it. In addition to paying for the shoddy work, you will need to get a new battery. Just factor all of that in if you decide to come here. In addition, the Geico adjuster will leave things out of your claim if you are not aware and it will not be worked on. Beware of this place and go to professionals!!

Being in the auto repair business I know many body shops in my local area, but when it comes to my personal cars or a specially tough job for one of my customers I drive to Koplin Auto Body It is worth the 40 min drive to know that the job is Gona be done by true professional s. I know that when I leave a car there I never have to give it a second thought and they ALWAYS exceed my expectations. They also are very competitive priced Thanks Koplin Auto Body

Nothing but awesome! I met the staff, unfortunately, following a motor vehicle crash. I was quickly welcomed when i walked in and was treated like a member of their family. Over time I referred family to this place who also shared my feelings. I usually dont recommend businesses, but I love the customer service and work product here.

Wow.. HORRIBLE experience.. one of the worst customer services in my entire life. If you are obligated to leave your car there, PLEASE DONT FORGET TO GET EVERYTHING DOWN IN YOUR ESTIMATE. (Or half of the job wont get done).
