I just posted over on yelp, but the service was that good and I want people to know when they go to Park Grove that they can expect the best. I have had the pleasure of getting t-boned and backed into all within the past here years. Joe at Park Grove came recommended through a friend and despite having to get my car out to Irvington, it was completely worth it. Joe at Park Grove quickly repaired my car to like new. You wouldnt have known, in either case, how bad my car looked going in. I cant speak highly enough of the work they do at Park Grove. Almost as importantly, Joe worked with me and the other persons insurance and made sure I wasnt taken advantage of. No matter where I get into an accident, I am always going to get my car to Joe at Park Grove because I know Im in good hands at Park Grove auto.

Incredible! Must give credit where credit is due. Joe and team did an amazing job on my car! The car went in with major frontal body damage and came back in immaculate condition (looked brand spanking new... I honestly did not think my car was capable of returning to pre-accident condition but they made it happen). The new bumper/fender/hood was placed and aligned perfectly and the paint color matched the rest of the car. The customer service I received was top notch too. I hope I never need to patronize a body shop again, but at least I know where to go in the event I need to. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The place is terrible I only had about 30 to bring a car that needed body work to a shop, the car should not have been driven and was illegal and unsafe and the place lied to me just to get me to come down. I was told they were running a promotion and parts were installed FREE. After I explain this situation about not wanting to waste time because I didnt have it I went and was told the job would cost $821.79. What a rip off I went 2 blocks down to Jason auto body and paid $450.00 for the same job.

This is a wonderful, family owned and run establishment. I was made to feel welcome from the minute I stepped through the door. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable the staff were, and how patient they were with me while explaining the details about what exactly was needed to get my car up and running again. They really know what they are talking about, and I had a lot of confidence when I put my car in their hands. I strongly recommend this business!

I lived 1 block down from this place for years, never thought i would need to take my car there, but i did from an accident. It was like the damage was never there. Brand new, no scuffs, scratches, no dust in the paint. I really couldnt believe it. I highly reccomend it, especially now that i donot live there, and i took my car elsewhere for some damage and they did a unsatisfactory job.

I brought my truck in to get the front fix and they did fix my truck well but I didnt know that these guys would go and be searching my truck and steal out my stuff that I lock in my glove compartment with the key. Then the manager is going to tell me sorry as if that can replace my stuff they steal out there. I wouldnt recommend any one going there. Cant be trusted there

After I had an accident in my parking lot, I was dreading having to deal with a long process to have my car repaired. I went over to Park Grove and from start to finish it took half the time and none of the stress that is usually associated with car troubles. I would refer any one with any sort of car trouble to go here because of the awesome service!!

My whole family has uses Park Grove. And we keep coming back because of the excellent service. Shoot Joe and his crew even found a few bucks in one of the doors they were repairing and returned the money. Cant beat that kind of honesty! On top of that the kids love the 7 foot tall waving pink gorilla up front. Adds a nice welcoming touch.

The service I received at Park Grove was excellent. They were friendly, knowledgeable and by the time they were done, I couldnt even tell my car had been in an accident. I also checked competitors quotes and their prices were very competitive. Given the quality of the work and the price I paid, this is the best autobody shop around.

I had three cars repaired at Park Grove over the past two years. I was completely satisfied with all three repairs. Excellent and fast service. They also picked up and returned my car from the house, I never had to go down to the shop. All of the insurance paper work was handled thru the shop, all I had to do is sign the papers.

I hate seeing Joe, it means my car needs fixing. This time it was my car against a Porcupine. Porcupine lost in the end, but not before leaving some damage. I have been using PGA for over 25 years and every repair is top notch. I dont worry about fender benders too much , I just tell every one "I have a Joe Binko, you should too" .

What a great experience..walked in looking for an oil change and little did I know, had five things wrong with my car. extremely knowledgeable staff, super friendly, and far better prices than anyone around. If you need anything done to your vehicle, I recommend bringing it to Park Grove and have Joe take a look

Park Grove auto was fantastic besides fixing my car to run and look like new they took care of battling with the insurance company about payments.
