Very HONEST! You cant find mechanic shops like these anymore, or maybe theyve never existed? They go out of your way to make sure that your job is done right! They do it on the spot and there prices are ridiculously resonable. Ive been going to them for a very long time and they were the first ones here before these other places started popping up around them. They still havent lost there touch in getting things done ASAP! They are straight forward with you, and never cheat you not even for a dollar! I take all of my cars to them, and everybody i sent there was really happy about the service, quality, and price of repairs and customer service. It does get a little hectic at times, and sometimes you might have to wait for your turn, but BELIEVE ME, ITS WORTH IT!!!!! I had friends who used to go to the other garages around them and they were very disappointed with them for their lack of knowledge and the amount of time it took to repair their car, and how much they were being over charged. These people here are LIFE SAVERS and i wouldnt trust any other place with my car! Ive also had some body work done from them and believe you me that they are very professional! It looked like my car was never damaged, and the price was great. Must try this place before taking it elsewhere. Thank you guys at Unique Star Auto Repair & Body, i will see you soon.

Everytime I went to this place no one seemed to know what was going on, especially the mechanics. I just recently left my car over night to get the alternator and battery looked at and when I called the next day no one knew what I was talking about when I asked about my car!? I came and they said they were both were fine bit when I tried to start the car it didnt even turn on. After dragging the person from the front desk to help me she basically had to scream at one mechanic to help me and he was no help at all. He told me the car needed body work and that was draining the battery which made absolutely no sense! I ended up going to the STS near my house and getting both my alternator and battery replaced and my car works fine now. I dont know who these other people are that left reviews but they might all be false, please save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

My windshield wiper motor died this week and needed a quick replacement. I had the motor in my car, but no one to replace it for me. After a quick business trip leaving out of Newark airport, I had a few hours to kill and went on Google to find someone in the area to replace the motor. After seeing some positive reviews on Google, I called Unique Star and went over. They were able to take me in immediately. They were exceptionally honest with pricing (since I had the part, they just charged a very fair labor rate $75 p/hr) and got the job done quickly. I waited in the dunkin donuts next door while they were working on my car. While not in the nicest parts of town, I would gladly use them again any time. Nice job guys.

I have been coming to these guys for the past year by the reference of my father who had been coming here much longer. About 10 years to be exact. Ive never felt this valued as a customer any other auto place than here. The wok they do is always what it is and never had to bring my car back after a job. They dont rip off and always price me for what they work for unlike other people. Referred many friends and relatives here and if your looking for a good trustworthy shop to get anything fixed for your car, this is the best place you can take it too.

I needed an alternator fixed after my job left my car hanging without even touching or even telling me that they couldnt get to it. So pissed off i googled repair shops in my area and low and behold i found this place with 5 star ratings. They were so nurturing and conveniently they closed later than most repair shops. They brought my car in for service right away. Jr was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The price was affordable and the work done was phenomenal! Was open on a Sunday, helped arrange towing. Made things simple and easy during my breakdown crisis. My driver side control arm snapped while I was parking. Called them around 2 pm on Sunday, by 11 am the next day my Mazda CX-5 was good to go. Excellent service, pricing was more than fair, quality work. Have driven 300 miles since and no issues whatsoever with the car.

Very professional and helpful. They get the pieces as soon as possible and do the work well. If they make a mistake, theyll fix it again without any labor charges. I recommend it for body work and mechanic services.
