I highly recommend No.1 Auto Body to anyone who has such a need. I hope you dont need to deal with a body shop. But if you are reading this review, you probably are looking for a reliable and trustworthy place, then No.1 Auto body is the place you should go to. We had an accident recently and the repair was not through insurance. While someone recommended this body shop to us, we still went through a few other body shops to get their quotes. The estimation from No.1 Auto Body was the lowest, almost half of the other estimations we received. So we finally went to No. 1 Auto Body. I had to say the No. 1 Auto Body and Zack, the owner surprised us a lot by their great service. We did not have much experience with body shops, but I doubt if anyone else could be more considerate. As mentioned before, the repair was not covered by the insurance. To save us money, Zack suggested that we drop our car in the early morning and he would finish all the work within one day. So we did not need to rent a car. He even offered to give us a ride to Newark Penn Station. With the morning hour traffic, he spent almost 30 minutes on the road just to get us to the station. At the end of the day, when we got to the body shop, our car was ready. They did a great job to fix our car - its like brand new. To be honest with you, I was a bit concern in the first place because the estimation was so low compared to others. So I couldnt help thinking if they will sacrifice quality for a low price. But when I saw our car, I knew my concern was totally unnecessary. They really did a beautiful job! Zack even left us a small bottle of paint and told us that we could use it ourselves for some minor scratch in the future. We are really happy with Zack and his No.1 Auto Body Shop. He is an honest business man and takes greatly care of his customers. Again, I sincerely hope you dont need to deal with a body shop, but if you have such a need, Zack and his No.1 Auto Body is what you can trust and where you should go to.

Ive been coming to this shop for almost a year after we moved to the neighborhood. The shop owner Zach and the mechanics are professional, knowledgeable, respectful, trustworthy and their work speaks for themselves. Zach went as far as lending me one of his personal cars to drive because a part I needed didnt come in on time (not his fault at all). It was winter and my kids had to get to school and I had to work. He didnt charge us anything for it either. I dont know if any other mechanic would have done , but that shows a persons genuine character which is a positive for me. All of the labor and parts are itemized on the work order and he gives you a copy of the order form / receipts for any parts that were ordered. When I got into a car accident and my insurance company was giving me a problem he asked to speak to the representative and spoke on my behalf. Once again he went above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of. As a woman, many would try to take advantage of us , but I can tell you my husband and I are grateful we found this shop and dont plan on leaving, ever.

I was in a car accident a few weeks ago. A car just rear ended me and I ended up going through the other persons insurance. I was recommended to go to Joes Auto Body in East Orange by their insurance company, as it was very close to where I live. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Glen and his staff, from Joes Auto Body. Everyone was so nice and very welcoming. As soon as I dropped off my car, they had a person from enterprise pick me up. My car was in the shop for a total of two days. Every day I would receive an email with a picture of my car and what they were doing at that time. I thought this was so beneficial. My car was a mess, I dropped it off the morning I got back from New Hampshire, I was rather embarrassed about how messy it was. I was shocked the day I picked it up from Joes. It had been completely detailed and cleaned. It must have taken them a good couple of hours to just clean and wash everything. I recommend Joes Auto Body to everyone!! I will certainly be going back for any maintenance I need done in the future! Thank you to everyone at Joes Auto Body!!

I took my Mercedes CLS550 there to get front end damage repaired. The grill, bumper and interior supports were wrecked. Im very particular about my car so it was important that I took it to a place I was comfortable. Shop: Ironically my first job out of high school was working at an auto body shop so I knew what a good shop should look like. I asked the owner / manager if I could walk the shop floor. He had no problem agreeing. We walked the floor and it had all the proper equipment to do A1 repairs. Also the shop was very clean. Dirt is the enemy of a good paint job. He also took me back to show the paints he used. All quality material.

Totally live upto their name.. they are indeed No.1 .I am completely satisfied with the kind of work they do. This is the first time i had gone to this autobody. they have quoted the right price. no hidden charges .very genuine. i had my bumper, side mirror, and the wheel hubs to be installed. to my surprise they haave charged me only for the bumper installation. there was a big dent on my side car which they repaired it without even charging. havent seen anyone going out of the box to help the customers. the entire installation was done in a Day. Everyone considering this autobody.. dont even bother looking up others. they are your guys.

Just picked up my Corolla from No. 1. It was the first time Id been there since they took over the business from Joes (whom my mother and I had used for prior auto body work). I was greatly appreciative of Zack and his amiable nature and desire to tell me everything that was going to go into getting the work done. I was told five business days for completion and that promise was kept. And I am quite satisfied with the work that was performed, all at a reasonable cost. They even threw in a full interior/ exterior cleaning job (which, admittedly it needed). Best part: no surprises! In short, Ill definitely recommend this place to others.

Read many reviews on this place and this is why i choose them to work on my car. Soon as i got there i was greeted by a very nice worker. It was early in the morning and he seem ready to answer any questions i had. I was instantly helped and given a wonderful price for the job that was being done to my car.. great guy and even better customer service. And due to them keeping my car for the day they gave me car service and drove me to work after dropping my car off. The car look amazing after they finish i was pleased with the service
