Ive used Maaco 2 times so far, one for work that wasnt "Needed" on my 2014 Mustang GT. I had a Laguna Seca spoiler added to the vehicle, Side-scoops and I also got the 5.0 taken off the side in addition to the hood louvers taken out and everything was painted Tuxedo Black Metallic. I provided Maaco with the information they needed for the paint I wanted and their skills are superior to others around. I have always gone to them for any suggestions or work thats needed to be done and they never have done me wrong! I usually speak with Joe over there but Ive spoke to their other representatives and they know their stuff! The Mustang was about 2 years ago, now I own an F-150 and there was some damage from a carrier and it needed a dent removed, repaint on the roof. Theyve done an excellent job in repairing this vehicle as well so I would definitely recommend them to anybody in need of a vehicle repair. They are great and Ive heard of people complain they may be pricey but my response is that they charge whats necessary to do the best work possible. In return I always will recommend Maaco because there work is spot on in addition to them doing things by the book making sure they take it one step at a time to ensure youre a satisfied customer!

Not worth a star. I tried to give this Macco my business. At first I was supplying the hood for a 2006 Honda Pilot. I got a good quote for the paint job, but when I called back to see what it would cost if they supplied the hood I got derailed by a receptionist who sounded like she was 14 years old and knew nothing about nothing. When I first called she was very helpful e.g. got the service manager or the owner who promptly and very professionally quoted me for the paint job, but OMG... when I called back to get an estimate for the hood itself- it went silent. I tried calling back a couple of times getting the same 14 year old receptionist who kept telling me the manager or service manager was with a customer giving another quote. That when on for three hours before I called Macco headquarters and lodged a complaint. Macco told me they would call the manager / owner and I could expect a call by 5:00pm EST. Never got one!! Glad I didnt go there after all... Very Bad experience after all was said and done. Im sure the paint job would have been worse. Next time call your customers back; you just might be able to create a business that actually works. Very disappointed from the top levels down... Rob H

The price was good and the guy I dealt with was pretty good and knowledgeable. However, when I dropped the truck off there was some extra things that needed to be done which raised my estimate, I agreed, that was fine. They day I was promised, truck was not ready which I kind of expected. Following day, I went there, truck again was not ready and paint runs under like 10 rivets, lost another day. The extra work needed done was also untouched and when I addressed this, it was basicalled denied thats what the extra $900.00 was for. I was told the entire hood would need to be redone in order for that, which wouldve meant more time. Still today Im finding spots on my truck that feel like sandpaper. I recommend if you go there to expect extra time and any additional work get detailed in writing what its for before they start the job. Thats where I made my mistake.

if you like to listen to big lines of b s from scott then your at the right place, im not happy at all, no prep work done at all, paint missing primer showing threw new paint grill not painted to match like factory, it was painted horribly with a rattle can but yet he wants me to bring it back in 2 weeks, i dont think so

Last year I had my Mustangs hood and bumper painted there and I wasnt sure how it was going to turn out after hearing negative comments about other Maacos but the car came out fantastic and they did a excellent job color matching. I will defiantly be going back soon for my next car project!
