My car got towed there last week.. they called me to tell me both tie rods needed to be replaced and control panel 1,100 to fix.. my father is a mechanic so he towed car out of there shop put it on a lift and nothing was wrong with either tie rod or control panel... all it was was a pin fell out.. my father put pin in and its now back to normal. So basically THEY TRIED TO ROB ME OF $1100. CROOKS! Beware.. do not ever send your daughter there because they will take full advantage!! I was shocked when my father fixed it for basically nothing after them telling me it would be $1,100. I work very hard for my money and not to mention im 6 monthes pregnant!! But they dont care and obviously have no conscious!!

Evaluators on Yelp and Google say things like "the service was above and beyond" quite often, and perhaps that phrase has worn off in time. Whereas I would like to create a new catch phrase in the five minutes I have to write this, I will just briefly summarize by saying that the service was indeed above and beyond. For the second time, Apple Auto Body fixed my car and did work that I did not even request (cleaning / polishing/ patching). I felt like I was driving a new car out of the lot. I would highly recommend their services. The staff is professional and their new place of business is also very nice as well.

NEVER GO HERE!! Please everyone, never waste one second of your time dealing with these imcompetent, unprofessional MORONS!! Larry, Charley, and Anthony do have no idea what is going on and do not communicate with anyone. They were not only rude, but lied about fees and charged a ridiculous amount of money to tow a short distance. Their estimates are twice that of any other reasonable auto body shop around. Someone really should report this so called "reputable" company to the BBB, what a joke they are. P.S. they can suck my balls

I took my step daughters car here to have a badly dented door and door frame repaired. They were very courteous and quoted the work while I waited and we scheduled the job. They told me 6 days and I had it in five. The work they did is fantastic. Looks like new! Then to top it off, they handled the insurance paperwork for me. I found them to be very professional, and nice to deal with and I highly recommend them. I have lived in Monroe for 24 years and Apple has always been here. They must be doing something right...

I really have nothing but good things to say about Apple Auto. While my car was in for a repair that was being handled by insurance they took me through their shop to show me how they would progress with the repair. They completed it in a relatively timely manner. I subsequently had a problem with a defective part that was replaced and they QUICKLY handled the warranty repair of that defective part. I would do business with these gentlemen again.

Waited over a month for my car to be fixed.. They had problems finding tire and bearings even when they told me to come and get it.. I live in Brooklyn and had to drive all the way back up there and when I explained my situation they pretty much blew me off. Intense dislike.

I just picked up my car and it looks like it came straight out of the factory. The team was extremely easy to deal with and coordinated with my insurance company. I would recommend apple to anyone I know.
