These guys are horrible. I needed work done on my car, so I drop off my keys in the key drop box the night before in sealed envelope with my name, number and the work that needed to be done on it. I get a call the next morning asking ME where the keys are. I tell him I put it in the key drop box like he said to do. He asks me if I put it back in my pocket by accident, I said no I put it in the key drop box. He tells me he had about three people looking all over for it.I suggest maybe the cops should look into this, and he gets all butt hurt and ends up hanging up on me likes its my fault I lost the keys. The next day I had to pay a locksmith 250.00 to come and make a key so I could get my car out of there.

This is hands down the best shop in the area. Matthew and his staff were able to diagnose problems that many reputable dealers couldnt solve. Ive owned everything from a Mercedes S550 to my recent purchase of a 2017 Ford Explorer sport. J&L has the tools, technology, and smarts to work on any vehicle around. Im a car fanatic and even saw a 1985 Lamborghini Countach in one of there bays! I will be a customer for life. Thanks Mitchell and Matt.

They are fair and honest. Ive had both mechanical work and body work done on several of my cars. They give you a fair assessment and a fair price. They wont have you do a job if it is not needed. Ive lived in the area for 25 years and have tried multiple shops before I came to these guys and now they are the first and only place I go to. Unless they tell me they cant do the job. They wont work on some foreign cars.

I have been coming here for years to get my car repaired. The mechanics are great. They can repair any car you give them. I had taken my car to the dealer and two other shops that were not able to fix my car. J&L fixed it right the first time. They also have an Auto Body shop. When my wifes Mercedes was in an accident they were one of the shops of choice from my insurance company. Once again their work was flawless.

I got my Subaru Impreza Sport; 2014 fixed here. They did such efficient and detailed work. I was very impressed with the professionalism and care they took with my car. It seemed as if they treated it like it was their own. After my accident, when the car was fixed, it seemed as if it was a brand new car. Ran so smoothly. I was so happy and appreciative. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE, THEY CHARGED ME MORE THAN $400 DOLLARS FOR A WINDOW REGULATOR WHICH BROKE DOWN TWO DAYS LATER, AND THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THEY PUT FAULTY PARTS ON YOUR CAR. THEY ESSENTIALLY PUT REFURBISHED PARTS THAT DONT EVEN WORK, AND WHEN I WENT BACK TO FIX IT, THEY DID SOME TEMPORARY FIX ON IT, BUT BROKE DOWN SOON AFTER. THIS COMPANY IS ESSENTIALLY A SCAM!!
