i got my 328xi crash from the back, it was drivable, i was driving back home, i felt shaking while driving in 60mph. i check with dealer and they said 4 rims are on severe condition, so I knew rims were tilted crash from the back. and my dealer told me to visit GS autobody. AS SOON AS I VISIT THIS PLACE AND I ASKED THEM TO CHECK RIMS. AND LADY SAYING BACK TO ME "WHY DO WE HAVE TO SEE THE RIM? THEY LOOK FINE" i explained to her what happen and how driving changed, and she would not try to listen what i am trying to say. she was just thinking it will take more time to them looking up the rim. i seriously did not care how my bumper is crashed, i was worried about inside damages but they only see how outside damaged and fix only what insurance company says. body shop supposed to work for me! they should be not working for insurance company!!!!! (also they do not even have affiliation with insurance company) i guess they were worry that i would not pay for extra money. but OMG i am driving BMW and do u think i would not pay for extra dollars???? even if they were so nice and charge me extra, i would be fine. BUT it was so ridiculous. they were worry about money before i did. ridiculous place. i was so disgraced by their service. worst nightmare i ever had.

Should be more reviews on Google since most look for the reviews after finding it on the map. The below statements are old and outdated. The Garden state auto body shop is amazing. Working with Dennis and Deloris (Sorry if I spelled it wrong). She was very sweet and nice to my dad who barely spoke English and she explained everything with great detail. Dennis was great and always nice to me when I would call to check up on the car. Even though it took longer than expected (Which was pretty much Geicos fault) the BMW 328xi coupe I brought to the location was given back in perfect condition! After the damages I thought it would never come back the same, but they matched the paint perfect and used OEM parts and got everything done. Plus they have their guarantee for as long as you own the car they will fix damages in that area if something came up. If you live in the area, hell anywhere and worry about your BMW damages. Bring it to them, they are great and will treat you right. You will leave with the same car you purchased with no flaws in sight.

Im currently in the process of a repair with these clowns. They quoted me on a date of completion and then dont update you. I called them 2 times already asking for an update and aparently "Jr." is on break and he will call you back when he gets back. It has been two days since JR. went on break and hasnt been back if what theyre telling me is the truth, WHICH ITS NOT (note the sarcasm). I called back today asking to speak to him and of course hes busy on another line and just yelled out that the car will be done a week later than origionally quoted which was only 5 days. It was not a large repair. Im concerned for the safety and quality of the repair being done to my vehicle and these people are nonresponsive. BEWARE. DO NOT LET THE NICE LOBBY AND KIND WORDS THEY SAY FOOL YOU. THEY ARE ALL TALK WITH NO DELIVERABLES. I was warned by a few friends about this place but didnt listen and now i will have to be stuck with them. I dont want anyone else to have to experience this kind of unprofessional work ethic. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

IS THIS AUTO SHOP INSURANCE COMAPANY?? I GOT MY CAR CRASH AND MY BMW DEALER TOLD ME TO GO. I MADE A SCHEDULE I WAITED TWO WEEKS FOR AN APPOINTMENT (TWO WEEKS FOR APPOINTMENT??? FOR WHAT??) AND ON DAY I VISITED CLERK LADY WAS GIVING ME HARD TIME ABOUT MY INSURANCE AND GETTING MY CAR FIX. I DO NOT REALLY CARE HOW MUCH IT COST TO FIX CAR. I RATHER PREFRE FIXING AS NEW CONDITION. BUT LADY IN THIS STORE TALKING LIKE INSURANCE COMPANY PEOEPLE LIKE THEY WILL ONLY FOLLOW ESTMATE INPECTION OUTLINE. SO I ASKED FOR FEW MORE CHECK UP, ( I WOULD PAY IF I HAVE TO PAY) BUT THEY WERE KEEP MENTIONING THEY WOULD NOT CHECK OVER THE ESTIMATE, AND KEEP MENTIONING ABOUT MONEY!!!!! I AM THE CUSTOMER! AND I WILL PAY!!!! BUT WHY KEEP MENTIONING ABOUT INSURANCE COMPANY AND WORRY ABOUT THIER PAYMENT?? ARE YOU INSURANCE COMPANY?????? ALL I CARE ABOUT WAS GETTING MY CAR FIX AS GOOD CONDITION!!!! My experience with Garden State Auto Body was as pleasant as can be (under the given circumstances of course). My car was side-swiped while parked, but the repair process was quick and seamless. From getting an estimate, to the repair, to the customer service interactions, everything was superb. They even renegotiated with the insurance company on my behalf when they noticed damage that the insurance adjuster had not. Unfortunately my wifes car was hit just yesterday, but I rest assured knowing the quality of work and customer care that Garden State Auto Body works with.

I loved working with Garden State Auto body. Outstanding workmanship and customer service. I had my car in to the shop twice because of two different accidents, both times I was treated with respect and honesty. My first accident I was tboned and in the hospital for months, Garden state went above and beyond to help my family and I with getting the car fixed properly and ready for me when I got home. The second time I got rear ended and they were great again. Kept me up to date with the work and delivered me my truck fixed properly. HIGHLY recommended

It was my fourth time using Garden State Auto Body and each time was always a pleasant experience. Top-notch customer service from all staff I dealt with. Dolores and Dave were both accommodating and helpful. I also received text alerts of my vehicles repair status which was very nice. The day I picked up my vehicle, my car was returned to me like brand new! It was clean inside and out. I highly recommend this auto body repair shop.

I got my car fixed 3 years ago, but writing the review now because i still remember. They make you sign a paper saying that they dont guraantee when the car will be repaired and given back and that they are not responsible for rental expense. I thought it was just to cover their ass from unexpected rental expense. But they mean when they say they dont give any time line. It takes VERY LONG time and they are very rude.
